11/10 experience, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't have the watch in store i wanted but got the last one in the companys inventory ordered and delivered very quickly, they even remembered us when we returned without saying our names or what we ordered! Will 100% be using them exlusively from now on. Massive shoutout to Abbie in the Braehead store, the Tudor rep, you're awesome!

Vivienne Westwood heart watch.
Looking online to buy a watch for my wife and found this beautiful watch at Beaverbrooks. Ordered it and collected it from the store at Braehead. All the staff that I dealt with were wonderful and made it a pleasant experience to shop with this store.
My wife absolutely loves the watch which was a Vivienne Westwood brand.

Cheaper online than in store - feel ripped off
The necklace is nice enough but when I got home I saw that it was £30 cheaper online than I paid in store. Feel a bit ripped off, TBH.
