Amazing. Delivered on time

I am terribly disappointed with Loreal Inforcer shampoo quality sold by Beauty World (Slough branch, in Tesco building) but even more frustrated with the response from Beauty World. I've known the actual excellent quality of this shampoo as I've been using it for more than 6 months and this time when I bought it from Beauty World it turned out like a washing-up liquid, turning my hair visibly dull, dry and falling. Then I found out according to its special code that it is old and expiring, manufactured in 2023. I got back to the store and got a very rude reply that they normally don't do refunds. So, selling an expired or old product is permissible but afterwards refunds no?? Please, avoid buying products from them. I paid almost 30£ and they just don't take responsibility.

Everything was as expected

They confirmed the order, received the payment on 10/10/2025 and next day say not in stock. Until today 13/10/2025 they have not refunded the payment yet.

Great customer support which went above and beyond. I was contacted by phone to let me know that the item was out of stock and an alternative was offered or refund straight away if they couldn’t find my product. I was very pleased with how my order was managed. The agent was very helpful.

Products came on the expected day. Although one was slightly damaged, it was more likely to have been the fault of the shipping company, and the owner provided a quick response and speedy refund. Will definitely be purchasing from here again.

I would recommend you DO NOT shop at this establishment. They 'accidentally' took £48.80 from my credit card twice. I drove 20 miles to address the situation only to be told they cannot do anything about it until they investigated it. I showed them my credit card statement. There was no apology at any time. Three days later they said they had investigated it and were 'willing' to refund me. There was no apology. They then said I had to drive 20 miles again for me to get the money back. I have reported the matter to the credit card company.

At last. After looking for the internet for so long I could find this so rare but probably because so good product for my hair.

I ordered and paid for 2 items and delivery. No email confirmation was received despite my emailing requesting confirmation. Only one of the items was received albeit it stated 2/2 on the exterior of the package which was only big enough for one item. Again i emailed and had no response apart from a refund appearing in my bankfor one item but had paid the postage for 2. Not impressed.
