Tape extensions fell out after one wash
Had tape extensions fitted at my salon who recommended your brand but unfortunately as soon as I washed my hair they came out😢
My hairdressers said they would need to be move every 2-3mths? They lasted 3 days! Are they faulty?

Whilst I completely understand your concerns, tape slippage is typically caused by external factors such as the application process, aftercare routine, hair type, or suitability of the extension method, rather than a fault with the tapes themselves.

I had an issue with my delivery after…
I had an issue with my delivery after Evri delayed it, and as I had a special event the following day, I contacted Beauty Works customer service for help as I was really stressed. I’d spent a lot of money on the extensions and was desperate to have them in time for my event.
I spoke with Molly, who was absolutely amazing. She arranged for a replacement order to be sent out on next-day delivery in the hope it would arrive before my event, and also organised for my original parcel to be returned to Beauty Works once it arrived. The whole process was completely free of charge and made what was a really stressful situation so much easier.

I purchased the beauty works straighteners .Im so pleased with them they glide through your hair.and also great for curling.added bonus lovely heat/travel mat.and 2 lovely section clips.
I also purchased 2x small protection oil not realising that they come has sachets.but I contacted beauty works and they are sending me one in a bottle.i have to say this was all dealt with very quickly brilliant customer service.

Always impressed by the quality of the hair as im a regular buyer. But disappointed with the packaging it arrives in. Considering the hair extensions are expensive and worth alot for them just to arrive in a plastic bag. No delicate signs etc on. No box. Etc. The presentation could be a lot better. Esp as have to take it to hair salon now in just a plastic wallet. Also.. if buying for a gift for someone doesnt look very expensive in a bag. For qaluality hair extensions that customers pay alot for im suprised it just arrives like that. No sign for the packaging either very lapse. Although arrived in time. Also.. feel beauty works could put on better offers for regulars buyers too.

I purchased these hair extensions less…
I purchased these hair extensions less than a month ago, and I'm extremely disappointed with the quality. They are, without a doubt, some of the worst hair extensions I've ever used. They feel poorly made, don't hold up well, and were a complete waste of money in my opinion.
Unfortunately, I relied on the positive online reviews. I definitely won't be purchasing from this brand again. I did try to reach out and process a return, but felt I was just going round in circles unfortunately as it seemed too much hassle. I explained the issue and uploaded pictures but that wasn’t enough . Avoid and use your money elsewhere
