Wenn ich keinen Stern geben könnte, würde ich das tun. Ich hab Anfang Oktober ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für eine Freundin bestellt. Jetzt 6 Wochen später ist die Bestellung immer noch nicht da. Emails werden nicht beantwortet. Und am Telefon kommt man nur in eine Warteschleife. Absolut keine Empfehlung

Am 07.10.2024 bestellt ich einen Artikel bei Beautywelt. de.
Eigenen Tag später war mein Konto belastet.
Da ich keine weiteren Infos erhielt versuchte ich den telefonischen Support, nach 41 Minuten!!!! habe ich aufgegeben. Am 14.10.2024 schrieb ich nochmals an beautywelt.
Am 15.10.2024 erklärte man mir.
Die Ware ist gar nicht im Haus, aber man erwarte eine Lieferung.
Ist schon komisch das man etwas verrechnet, was man ja gar nicht besitzt.
ich habe daraufhin meine Bestellung storniert.
Am 23.10.2024 nochmals der Versuch telefonischen Support zu erhalten, eine genervte Mitarbeiterin erklärte mir, die Stornierungsbestätigung sei an ein andere e- mail Adresse gesandt worden.
Nach meiner Frage - wann bekomme ich mein Geld zurück, meinte Sie - das dauert im Regelfall ca. 6 Tage

Nie mehr wieder bei beautywelt etwas zu bestellen
