Ordered two concealers but only one…
Ordered two concealers but only one came with a note inside saying they hadn’t sent the other as damaged. Had to request a refund! These were part of a gift, what they should have done is email/messaged me to say only sending one, was that ok and then refund me for one if it was. Not wait until I requested a refund, not very professional. The only good part is they still gave me my discount for only receiving one. Better communication needed from them!
