My order did take over 2 weeks to arrive, but eventually I received an email from the company explaining that the courier service had lost my order, and they resent it.
The product I ordered was competitively priced and was exactly what I wanted.
Order placed 2 weeks ago nothing received no tracking and no communication or response through email and X.

I ordered an expensive foundation (for me anyhow) as it was cheaper than other sites. I received confirmation, dispatch information and the product within about 7 days. Initially I thought the dispenser was faulty and emailed Customer Services. I received a thorough and informative response from Sarah the next day, explaining how to operate the pump dispenser correctly - and it worked! It’s a pity a couple of customers had problems and left negative reviews but my experience has been extremely positive. Thank you Beauty Ministry!
AVOID THIS COMPANY. Placed order nearly 2 weeks ago, in excess of £200.00 and goods STILL not arrived. I have emailed them to ask where the products are or even if they are being dispatched but just received a email "they are very busy right now". No way of phoning this company. Admittedly, I have had delivery issues with them before. Will NEVER use the company again. Ordered items for a birthday gift and I will have to go and get something else. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Customer Service is NON EXISTENT.
I'm not even sure it's a real store. They send you an order confirmation followed by a dispatch notice with no tracking code.
They do respond to emails, but slowly and rather selectively (i.e. every other email or so). Also, all of their reviews on Google are 1-star and basically have the same plot as this one (oh I wish I read them before ordering).
But most importantly, I have contacted the manufacturer of the product that I ordered from Beauty Ministry and they confirmed they did not supply to that store.
So even if you do receive something from Beauty Ministry – there is no guarantee the product is genuine.
All in all, I'd better avoid.
And if you already made the same mistake as me, try requesting a chargeback from your bank.
