Bought July 2nd. Never sent. Hundreds of emails asking for refund & they said they cant while its been shipped but cannot provide shipping numbers. Its almost 4 months & ive had to email the new email address & ask again. I will be going to the bank tomorrow & how this company aren't being investigated is beyond me when hundreds of us have been scammed now.

Its a scam, never received items and was blocked on everything. I had to refund through my bank.

It took two months to arrive. Poor communication. After countless emails to get an update with shipping I received only one tub when I purchased with the buy one get one free offer. Very disappointed.

Complete scam!! Do not order from them. Like others, I placed an order for what I thought was just one months supply. Which took weeks to be delivered. Then a month later my account is debited almost €100, which I did not authorise. Been told it's a follow up order as the product works better after a number of months. I'm still waiting on it to be delivered. Emailing them is hopeless.

Order apparently shipped to Afghanistan in July, they said they'd rectify it. Emailed multiple times, now the website and email no longer exist. Complete scam!

SCAM company! Ordered July 17th and it’s now 27th August. Have constantly hounded them with emails which are being replied to but are very fake sounding. Have told me it’s been sent but they have no shipping update at the minute but will get it to me asap. I keep asking for a refund and they are saying as per the policy they can’t refund if the item has been shipped. The website has been down for a few weeks now “under maintenance “ don’t buy for this company

Fake scam company with AI email replies!!

Ordered on 11th July and am still waiting after countless enquiry emails (it’s now the 23rd of June)

This fake company switched emails half way through me reaching out to enquire where my order was. Never provided a tracking number. After I asked for a refund for a non existent product which I knew hadn’t been shipped, they said their “refund policy” doesnt refund once shipped. Promised me it was but never gave me a tracking number.

Apparently “Kylie” was the AI customer service representative. Horrible to scam hard working people from their hard earned money.

They take your money, never deliver the products and then they took another $179 out of my account that I did not authorise

Never received product. Then a new 4 month transaction a month later appeared I did not authorise or subscribe to anything.

**AVOID** This company is a waste of money!! I ordered a product on 30 May and it’s now 22 July, no product received. I’ve sent 13 emails and have still gotten nowhere so have opened a dispute with my bank.

Honestly, I’m beyond happy with my order from Beautyima! I was a bit hesitant at first since it was my first time ordering, but everything went perfectly. Delivery was fast, the packaging was super neat, and the products are just amazing 😍

My skin looks so much brighter since I started using their range — I’ve been getting so many compliments! The textures, the scents, the results… everything is top quality. You can really tell this brand cares about its customers.

Not happy I placed an order. For 2 bundle. Thinking it was only £32. Then a month later no word and then another £86 came out my account without warning. Apparently there was confirming saying there was a 4 month bundle I agreed to when there was not. When I tried to email to cancel I got passed around email to email. And now it’s been shipped apparently so nothing they can do about it

Ordered 5 June 2025 currently 19 July and still haven’t received my product! After countless back and forth emails getting repeated AI sounding responses offering to escalate the matter getting absolutely no update and demanding my money back for the last 6 emails with still nothing to show! Stay away and do not buy from them!!

Fairly sure it’s a scam website. The product may exist but this site doesn’t sell it. After a month and two chaser emails (which they replied to saying high product demand) it still hadn’t even been dispatched. The reviews on their site can’t be clicked on, and the before and after pictures are stolen from various other sites. I did a charge back - don’t order from them.

This is a scam, do not buy from here. I placed an order and they never shipped my product.
