Impossible to communicate and receive what you paid for
Ordered in February, arrived in one month with wrong products. I sent three messages as the only way to contact the support, never had a reply in two months to any of them.

Cancelled order
After I paid for my order, processing took more than week, so I contacted support. After contacting support I got response back, that they will send my order on Monday. Order wasn't send on Monday and after another 2 days, I got message, that they change their policy and they can't send order to my address... Very poor

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ordered several products from them and the package never arrived. After weeks of waiting I started contacting them and they never bothered to reply. Finally had to arrange a refund through the credit card company. It was a total waste of time.
