Further to my previous review of this shower. I today, 29th April received a partial refund of £19.57 for an ill fitting swimsuit (cost £23.57) which I ordered on 28th March. After many emails, pathetic excuses and offers of “compensation” I eventually agreed to keep the garment (now gone to a Charity Shop) and receive the above refund. As I now no longer had to pay return postage I agreed. But it took many emails quoting my rights, a report to Trading Standards and review on this site and on Facebook to get this . They are appalling and try to wear you down! I also suspect they come in other facebook guises. Beware!!!

Dreadful company. Swim wear badly made won't allow returns. Complete con. Scam company. Cost me £117 and all are so badly made they are useless

Having read these reviews after I had ordered, I was concerned. I have to be honest, my goods arrived within 8 days. The quality appears to be as good as any reasonably price swim wear.

Appalling company. Wish I had read these reviews. My swimsuit arrived and does not fit at all so now I am trying to send back for a refund .So far been offered £4 refund for something I can't wear.Do not order from this company.

I wished I had looked at this page before ordering, I have had the same problem trying to return substandard goods, it takes them a week to reply, saying they are unable to process returns, but offer a part refund and a percentage off my next order - as if.....

1 star is too good. DO NOT USE!! Had to raise a complaint with PayPal for them to even provide a return address. Tried to offer partial refund to keep the rubbish items which are made from cheap inferior quality material in China and nothing like the pictures shown. Buy from here at your own risk and only if you are prepared to battle to send any items back.
Company details are misleading, this is not a UK company , items come from China.

The item did not fit properly, tried to return and was told to measure the garment and didn’t respond when I emailed back. They accused me of. They asked me if I’d ordered the correct size. Total waste of time and money. Don’t order rubbish.

Size was nowhere near correct that I ordered, when I tried to return the item they would not supply a return address and offered me £5 refund on a £32 swimsuit, I refused, they increased to £8, then £11, would never supply a return address.
SCAM - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

I ordered as the size guide gave me hope that they will fit. Also though from the website that they are UK based. I tried to return the items but they are very hard to contact, emails bounce back, no return address. I contacted paypal for a resolution, this company should be banned. Reading the reviews it is obvious this is how they operate.

I had the same experience as other bad reviews, what a total scam. Swimsuit too small and they refused a refund, going down the route of offering small amounts of cash, which I doubt will ever turn up. Disgusting scammers.

Despicable company pretending to be in the UK. Cheap nasty garments, ordered 3 x size 20 £76.
2 were way too small and 1 was too big. I asked for a refund and was offered £14 refund and 20% off my next order! As if I would go fown that road again. I persisted with wanting a refund and they gave me a US address to return the items to.
Luckily I paid with PayPal so I reported them. Apparently I am getting a full refund through PayPal, we'll see 🤔

How I wish I'd googled this before I used them!!!!! Be warned, if it doesn't fit, tough luck, you won't get a refund!!!! Do not use...

Awful customer service!!! Don’t respond to emails or Facebook messages! The emails bounce back!!! They don’t accept returns which means no refunds. So I am struggling to get anywhere with this company. Will not be using them again. first time and my experience has been awful.

Ordered before seeing bad reviews so was very worried. My order turned up today and it’s lovely - fits beautifully, very flattering. Really pleased .

I was just about to order from this company, decided to look at reviews first, so glad I did, before I wasted my money. So sorry to the people who got scammed, but thanks for your review, hopefully you saved a lot of people the stress you have experienced.

This company is a scam. The company pretends to be in the UK. However, it appears to be in France but actually items are shipped from the USA.
They offer free delivery.
When you request a return, they then tell you that it will cost you more to return than is worth it and they offer you a tiny refund and say you can keep the goods.
I don't want the goods - they are too small.
The latest email received from them, gives me a New York address, informs me it will cost at least £25 to return and that they any refund offered will be minus the cost of sending it to me in the first place - total scam. Cannot get a refund.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I BELIEVE THIS TO BE A SCAM COMPANY!!!
Ordered items with a total cost of £126.49 None of the items fit so as you do I asked for return details and I was told £25 compensation and keep them. Why would anyone want to keep items that don’t fit? Continuing to send emails back and forth and they now tell me that the returns are to be sent back to the USA however the website leads you to think it’s located on the UK. There final offer is 40% and a 20% coupon for their company, after this experience why would I want a coupon for their business, I will never be using this company again and I would urge others to avoid this company too. I have informed Trading Standards.

Purchased swimsuit using sizing chart, which was inaccurate. Requested return in line with their returns policy. £5 refund offered, no return address provided. £8 refund offered, no return address provided. Then told that returns are processed in US and it wouldn't be financially viable to return, no return address provided. Returns policy does not stipulate that returns are processed in US. Eventually given a US return address, but told they still wouldn't provide me with a full refund.
I have reported the company to trading standards

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SCAM COMPANY. Ordered 3 items £64 and asked for return details and was told £12 compensation and keep them! Why would I, they’re no good. Sent strong email back saying wished to return so address required, then they offered £16 and keep products!!!! A what the actual………
They tell me returns are to USA yet website leads you to think it’s UK based. They’re making thousands from keeping peoples money and refusing returns. Informed Trading Standards

Appalling item and service. I ordered on the Wednesday and had to pay £6.99 for delivery, it took over a week to arrive and when it did it’s an awful fit, this so called company that caters for the larger woman hadn’t got a clue. When I asked for a return the reply was “why don’t you take a £5 refund and keep the item” but it doesn’t fit, then then came back and offered £8, I told them I don’t want something that doesn’t fit, their response was “you’ll end up paying about £20 to return it plus we won’t give you a full refund anyway you’ll still need to pay the £6.99 delivery” so if I did this I’d be out of pocket. It’s absolute daylight robbery and I’m given no choice but to take a pathetic refund and keep an item I’ll never wear. I’d avoid this company by all costs they will just rip you off.
