Paid order not sent after 1 week

I have ordered from this website due to its decent reviews and 4.1 stars. However, after placing my order on the 30th of May, i still have no new updates regarding my parcel! I have a shipment number that says the shipment has not been received ( for 1 week now the same status ). This means the order has not even left the premises yet, if the order actually even been packed yet! I seriously doubt this shop is a legit place to order from and grew now seemingly concerned about my paid order! I have messaged their customer service and as you may imagine, their response was useless. I can see my with my very own eyes, that the the order is not being shipped yet. They have provided no solution and are Not helpful! This will be my First and last time ordering from them!

oud stock skincare products

I wouldn't recommend buying from this website. I ordered some skincare products, but the scent and packaging were different from what I had purchased before. After emailing customer service, they assured me the items were authentic and suggested checking the batch code. Thanks to their reminder, I checked and found they were indeed genuine—but they were from two or three years ago. If you don’t mind purchasing older stock, then this site might work for you.

We are sorry to hear that you have experienced some problems with the products you ordered.
We always follow FIFO, First In, First Out. This means when we get new stock of something we still have on stock, then the new gets put behind the orders to ensure we have a natural flow in the products. I have also checked up on the products you ordered and I can see we got them on stock August last year.
Of course it is always important for us that the products we sell are fine and if something should be wrong we have a claims department who can look into it. Depending on what the problem is they might need to get the product in their hands e.g. if something is wrong with the scent. Other times they can check the problem through a picture or video.
Either way we always strive to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible to ensure our customers' happiness.
I can see you have not replied to our last e-mail. If you want us to look into it further please reply and answer our questions in the e-mail.

WARNING!!

WARNING!!! Do not order anything from this website. Thay sold me a faulty curling iron and refused to replace it blaming me of braking it. Horrible customer service!!

We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our customer service.
Looking into the case I can see the curling iron has lost a screw.
The part that has lost a screw is used every time you use the curling iron, and it is not uncommon that it will get looser over time and usage, and you will need to tighten it yourself.
We asked if you still had the screw which you say you don't. After having contact with our supplier we unfortunately cannot offer a new screw to fix it.
We are sorry that we have not been able to find a solution you were satisfied with.

want to order a product from Beautycos? Don’t!

Ordered a product 10 days ago and still no idea where it is. Even though on the website the claim is that the delivery is super fast - 2-4 days.
When I contacted Beutycos I was told that my package was probably lost but that we will need to wait for 10 more days to make sure. If in 10 days it still doesn’t magically appear, they will send me the product again.
Excuse me, what?
After I explained that I’ve waited too long already, am leaving on vacation soon and want my order cancelled and money refunded, I was told to wait calmly and that they won’t do anything because my package is supposedly in the hands of DPD. Another recommendation I was given - to contact them sooner, the next time it happens.
Really, Beautycos, really?

So, here’s a piece of advice from me - want to order a product from Beautycos? Don’t! ‘Cause you might never get it, and they just “can’t” do anything.

We are sorry that the package has not been delivered as expected.
The vast majority of packages we send are delivered within the expected days, including to the Netherlands. However if something happens during transport we are always ready to help start a case with the shipping company and find a solution with the customer as it is very important that our customers has a great experience when ordering from us. If a package has not been delivered within the expected days we always recommend to contact us as quickly as possible so we can find out what is happening. Of course this doesn't change anything for the current situation, but it is to ensure you know it if something similar should happen again.

As we write to you on e-mail once the package is handed over to the shipping company we have to give them a chance to look for the package. We understand it is a long time to wait, however the reason it can take so many days is because they need to send someone out to their terminals to look for the package, as it might have fallen off one of their conveyer belts.

It saddens us that you recommend others to not buy from us based on an untrue statement. We have never said that we can't do anything or are unwilling to help, we actually said exactly the opposite. We have some procedures we need to follow. Once a search has been made then the shipping company will either find the package and deliver it or they get back to us that it is lost, and we can either refund fully or send a new order depending on what the customer prefers. We are doing everything in our power to help as quickly as possible.
The reason we can't just send a new order or refund you right away is because while the seach is still ongoing they might still find the package and deliver it to you. Then you would either need to return one or if you want to keep both (or was refunded) you need to pay again.

I hope this explains why we have this procedure, otherwise you are welcome to reply to our e-mail and we will try to explain in greater details.
We will continue to keep an eye on the case and keep you updated with any news.

Blijkbaar bestel je hier oude producten die al uit de handel zijn genomen.

EDIT:
I did indeed buy wax. The product I received was clearly different from what is normally sold. I sent an email about it, and you confirmed that it was indeed a 'different formulation' of the product. Apparently, I should have guessed that from the word "outlet" on your website.

Then you asked me for a review via email. I gave you a review because I was not happy with what I bought, as it was a different (fake version?) of the wax.

After that, you reported my review on Trustpilot as slander. The moral of the story: don't ask for a review if you can't handle criticism.

Hello,
I can see the product you have ordered is of the earlier design, which is also indicated in the name, however this does not mean the product is too old or is withdrawn from the market.
You write to us regarding this when you receive the product, stating that "the wax I received is different from the Semisumo wax I normally have." We explain that the new design has been reformulated which which is probably what you are used to use. However we can assure you that the difference is just the updated ingredients and has nothing to do with the product being too old.
Naturally if something is wrong compared to how the product should be then we would gladly help.
We have a complaint department with a vast knowledge about our products and we would contact out suppliers to hear if they had had any problems with the specific batch you received, in case it was a full batch that something had gone wrong in the production. However, you haven't replied to our e-mail, so we have not done any further investigation in the case. If you want us to look into it please send us a picture of the batch number. Please also don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

Worst experience ever in online purchase

It is more than 40 days that I order a product and I haven't receive it yet. I am asking to return my money back and they are saying all the time excuses to not return me back the funds. I don't know really if they are cheaters or it is the way that they are working.

Last correspondence from their side was that within 10 days I will have my money back and I wrote after 12 days to ask about for my money and now they are saying that in Italy it is another policy.

Worst experience ever of online purchase I had so far.

Please don try to buy to them with this way of service.

Luckily they found the package and you let us know that you wanted to keep it. We have refunded you the shipping payment you had payed due to the long delivery time.

Scammers

Scammers! Have been holding my money almost 3 weeks after the order was placed and trying to get even more out of me for the return of order and new delivery. Pretending to find a mistake in the delivery address. Customer service has been sending me sweet, but useless letters. Scammers.

Dear Julia,
We are sorry to see you writing this review when we have been trying to help you the best we could.
You place the order March 29th. It gets shipped April 2nd due to Easter, and on April 4th DHL try to deliver the package. However, the address you have written when you placed the order was incorrect or missing information, so it gets returned to us. You send us an email April 5th asking about your package and we send the tracking (which was already sent when the order was shipped). You then notice that the address is missing the house number and write to us what the correct full address is. We contact DHL asking them to try and redeliver to the correct address, however this was unfortunately not possible as we got the correct address too late.
It is the customers' responsibility to provide the correct information when placing the order, this is also stated on our website. If the package gets returned to us either due to incorrect information or not being picked up in due time the customer will pay for the return shipping. We can send the package again, however you will also need to pay for a new shipping fee. If you are not interested in the package anymore we can refund you minus the return shipping fee. We are not scamming, this is all written in our terms which is found on our website.
We have also replied your email with explanation of the situation.
We look forward to hear from you so we can find a solution together with you.

However, sometimes the shipping companies are extra rough with packages which can cause damage to the product. Other times the leakage can be because it hasn't been closed tightly from the production. In either cases we are always ready to help either on phone or email.
