I’ve worked in a fragrance brand house…

I’ve worked in a fragrance brand house now 22years so ordering a gift set last minute at a great offer price was fab, delivery itself was quick BUT I know when a fragrance has been sprayed and is say about 10-15ml down in the bottle when compared in their store . Will stick to buying in store then online next time. The customer services team for online seemed a bit defensive and so wasn’t really acknowledging what I was saying. Store staff were lovely in particular Westfield store. So no exchange as the person the gift was for has flown out. But some really good deals in store with very helpful staff
