Zero customer service
If I could give zero stars I would. Placed my order last week and never received a confirmation email.
I have emailed BEAUTY BAG.IE three times now and no response. Money down the drain.

Ordered from the site on a Friday afternoon and the products arrived the next day (a Saturday, located in Ireland). Minimal but good packaging, all cardboard and very little plastic which is also a plus!
Really great site and service. Unfortunately I couldn't leave a review on their site as it threw up some kind of error so doing it here!
