I contacted them via WhatsApp regarding an issue I experienced with the JRL trimmer blades that I purchased. I also provided a video as proof of the problem.
However, I was advised to simply purchase a new replacement, which is not a satisfactory solution. If the product quality is indeed the same, it does not make sense to be advised to buy another unit without addressing the underlying issue.
I am not requesting a refund or replacement at this stage. I am only asking for clarification and acknowledgment of the issue with the product quality and the supplier you are working with.
I would appreciate a serious response addressing this matter

To clarify the warranty situation: JRL's manufacturer warranty covers manufacturing defects, as well as the motor and battery of the device. The blades, however, are a consumable wear part. Because they are subject to normal wear during use, they fall outside the warranty — which is the reason our team advised a blade replacement rather than a warranty claim. I filed a complaint and still haven't heard back. The product arrived poorly packaged, and some of the contents spilled. It's unclear where to leave a review or contact the operator on the website. I'm not happy with the purchase, the order has been paid for, but I can't get the procedure done because the keratin isn't enough for my hair.

Fast Delivery, Misleading Promotion, Zero Support
The delivery was quick — my order placed on May 25th arrived by May 28th, which I appreciated. However, the promotional offer at the time of purchase stated that a free item would be included with the order. When I added the relevant products to my cart, this item appeared at a discounted price rather than free as advertised, meaning the promotion was not honoured as described.
I contacted customer support twice via email but received no response. This is disappointing — not only does the promotion appear to be misleading, but the customer support channel does not seem to be working as it should.
