Outstanding customer service…
I ordered from Beauty and the Boutique recently after watching one of Katie's videos in Facebook. I bought some eye shadow pencils , concealer and mascara. Unfortunately one of the pencils had a crack in it so I emailed them. The same day I received a reply with 3 options in to take including a full refund if I preferred. I chose a replacement product and they even said I didn't have to return the original item. They were so kind to me and nothing was too much trouble. I so wish every company had their care and principles the world would be a far lovelier place. Thanks BATB xxxx

This company is one of the best. I have had a few products from here and apart from a few they have all been great. When I have had an issue the customer service team are quick to respond and get it resolved. They are so lovely. Katie's tutorials are also great. I have definitely learnt a few things from her. My new favourite mascara A+++
Im a long standing customer from Sydney Australia. Love Katie from Beauty & The Boutique, also love her recommendations & advice. I trust her as well which is so important. Recently I tried the “Doe Eye mascara. I’ve been buying Lord & Berry for years, but after watching Katie demonstrate the Doe Eye, I thought I’d give it a try. It is amazing. It’s the first time I’ve ever used a mascara that’s hasn’t transferred to my upper eyelids or left me with Panda eyes. In fact, I fell asleep in it & awoke the next morning with it looking exactly the same as when I applied it. It’s easy to apply with the wand being slightly bent, offers full coverage after 2 applications. I’m 67 & my eyelashes aren’t like they used to be, but this mascara worked wonders. Highly recommend, please don’t discontinue this, I’m in love with it.

I so wanted to love these products...
I so wanted to love these products... I have not been able to find a mascara that adds volume and curls. I was hopeful with the Doe-Eyes. Sadly, there was really no difference from my numerous old mascaras. Color was good, but lashes were still straight (tried with and without a lash curler) and looked a bit clumpy. And removal was not so easy. It does come off with water, but then I had huge raccoon eyes that needed makeup remover. And next, I tried the Youthful Under Eye Protector in Fair. The colour was too dark for me (obviously my error) but it also showed every wrinkle around my eyes and on my face. I watched the tutorials again (in case I was missing something), but no go. On the upside, the delivery was very fast and packaging is lovely. I know these products work for so many people, I do wish I had been one of them.
Update: I contacted customer support and they were extremely helpful. They offered me a full refund or the option to try another product up to £50. They were supportive through the entire process. I think their level of detail and support to their customers is outstanding. Would certainly recommend.

Great customer service.
I have been using Beauty and the Boutique for years topping up my usual make-up brand of over 20+ years. Particularly recommend the Doe Eye mascara, Katie’s under eye perfecter and Nubian brown eye of Horus eyeliner. Customer service is probably best I’ve experienced. Would recommend ordering from here.

I have never been so impressed with an online business. Firstly, I've always been a huge lover of makeup and thought I knew it all, that was until I discovered Katie's tutorials, I've learnt so much and they have beenso easy to follow. I've purchased quite a few orders since finding beauty and the boutique and every time the products have just hit the mark for me! If specifically recommend the Love Katie rested and youthful and doe eyes mascara - WOW!!!!! I've never worn a concealer or mascara like it. The concealer didn't settle in my fine lines and genuinely perfected my skin in such a natural way (lasting all day!) and the mascara absolutely did not budge, I was truly impressed! 👏🏻 I'll no doubt be back to try more, keep up the good work team! Plus, their customer service has been outstanding, I've written in for things like shade help and order tracking and have received a response almost immediately! Love you guys!!

Amazing products and customer service
I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this amazing company.
I have mature skin and also have occasional outbreaks of psoriasis and with Katie and her teams help I have found some wonderful products that do not irritate my skin at all and work wonders on mature skin. The guidance on how to use the products is prefect and I’ve also picked up some make up tips too!
The delivery times for products are great and the customer service is the best I’ve had from a company in a very long time .
I highly recommend visiting their site to find some wonderful products for yourself.
