Product is very good as advertised

Product is very good as advertised, but was shocked at the extremely small size of it. Shame not better for money as would like to purchase regularly.

Unfortunately, the Fancl you purchased they only come in 30ml with the lotions and emulsion as the manufacturer supplied. We are afraid that is the only size they make. However, upon our staff testing, as the lotions and emulsion are highly moisturising, though Fancl only makes them in 30ml, they can easily be enough for a month usage.

The bottle only allow a vey small amount come out every time, and you only need 3-drop of the lotion and 2 pumps of emulsion as per the brand suggested in their official website.

Selling expired items

Selling expired items, there are no label or expiry date on the products and when I checked the details on the product website, all of the items I purchased are showing as expired and some even expired for almost a year.
But they have fully refunded and explained that there was issues with the supplier, hopefully they could be more careful in the future.

Be aware the expiry date

I was thrilled to receive the masks at first.

However, all of them with a really short expiry date (2-3 months) which is impossible to finish them before the date. Therefore, I would like a return and refund.
