I purchased a supposedly BNIB 100ml perfume from this company via an Ebay listing and had the worst experience. The bottle was despached 13 days following my order, despite a 'same day despatch' promise and required me to chase up. The item sent was defective, lacking a nozzle with which to spray, and had grime around the neck of the bottle and a white hair attached. The seller failed to do anything about this until I raised it with Ebay, then finally, after spending hours of my life chasing up by email and receiving various stock responses which did not address any of the pertinent issues and which demonstrated that the seller had not read the content of my emails, I received a return label. I duly returned same but received no refund from the seller until I chased up once again via Ebay.

I am fully convinced this seller is a would-be scammer who hopes that most buyers will give up rather than spend the time and effort I had to to get my money back. I don't believe I would have received any refund at all, had my purchase not been via Ebay.

My advice to you is to avoid this seller like the plague.

Of note, do not be guided by this seller's Ebay feedback (which is not great), as Ebay would not allow me to leave negative feedback. I fear they don't want to lose their high-volume sellers, regardless of how dishonest they are or how poor a service they provide.

Very happy with my recent purchase - as it was my first order a discount code was offered, which was a lovely extra. Delivery was very reasonably priced - especially as my order was despatched the same day and arrived the following day - I wasn't expecting it to arrive so quickly. Very happy with the gift set ordered.

They deserve less than a star
They deserve less than a star. When I placed the order, they promised delivery within 48 hours. They didn’t even dispatch within 72 hours. It supposed to a surprise gift for my wife’s birthday and didn’t even arrive on time. I requested for refund as they didn’t dispatch. They told me this has been approved and I will receive the refund within 5 working days. Nothing happened, then they informed me they dispatched the item and I need to return the item to get the refund. Once I returned the item they told me they didn’t receive it. Luckily I kept the tracking information. Once I submitted the proof they kept quiet. I had to threaten them with small claim court complaint to receive my refund after one month. They got have any communication between their department. Total nightmare, I felt like I am almost scammed by them.

purchased an item and never ended up coming. Complained repeated times and had many follow ups with various cust service agents. but they always say "its sent out" but a tracking number is never been sent/emailed.

Missed my wifes birthday gift so i had to go elsewhere.

Excellent service once again ordered 29th June 2.47pm arrived 10.27am 1st July standard delivery have already recommended and will continue to do so pleasure to shop with

Had a bad experience when buying a high value, hair product from this company. When item arrived, I scanned the QR code and message came up as website did not exist, making me question how genuine it was. First red flag. Contacted company and they recognised there were issues. Second red flag. Third and fourth red flags came from the customer service and how they dealt with drawn out returns and eventual refund.
