I ordered a product with value $114 which never arrived. the company has now stopped trading. I have emailed about them and made contact through a 3rd party but the promised refund has not come. I now have no way of contacting Beautify Me. I give them 2 stars instead of the minimum because I have successfully ordered through them previously.
Terrible service and dodgy
I purchased make up from them at the beginning of September 2022. It's now October 2022 and I still havent received it. I rang their number and they advised they would provide a refund. I'm still waiting on the refund. Do not purchase anything from this company, they take your money and don't supply the products. Terrible service and really dodgy
Product did not arrive
I made my order in the 21st April and I as yet have not received the goods. I went into the live chat function to query where it was and they said they would look into it. But nobody has phoned me back yet. Rather disappointing that I will need to now follow this up again. The product when I do receive it I am sure will be great as I have used this before however I brought it through a different supplier.
Unhappy customer
Ordered goods on the 21st March 2 x talc, $44.98. Did not receive email confirmation, money taken from account. No goods received. Not a happy customer. Especially when receive request to review and no product. Tried to phone no one answered.

I had run out of options to track down Tweed by Taylor of London products which have been a part of my life for many decades.
You had what I wanted, the price was right, a bonus gift was included and delivery was a matter of days.
Thanks to Google of course but also thanks to a company supplying a brand the big chains have given up on.

Terrible service. Took 19 days for the item to even be posted out. Multiple emails and a phone call to follow this up. Item was posted on 11 Oct apparently - it’s still not arrived. So I’ve paid a company money to waste my time and not provide the promised product. Awful business. Do not recommend.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a product on the 8th October still not received it emailed them a number of times no response it still shows as ‘processing he order’ nearly a month later and they still have £40 of my money. Avoid at all costs if you look back on reviews many more like this

I ordered dr lewinns r4 gift pack and was sent the wrong pack. made contact with the team they sent me a replacement when we opened the replacement it was that old it was like an oily balm and real dark yellow instead of a cream emailed and the said they will ask Dr lewinns company have not heard back from the since.
