I am incredibly disappointed with the quality of the jewelry from Beautiful Earth Boutique. Initially, the pieces looked nice, but over time they completely fell apart. Every single item I bought has broken or deteriorated, proving that these products are made from cheap, low-grade materials that simply do not last under normal wear.After looking into the brand more, it seems they sell heavily marked-up mass-production inventory that is built to break. Because my items are over a year old, they are past their strict warranty window, meaning I am out of my money with nothing left but broken trash.Save your money and buy from a reputable brand that sells jewelry meant to last more than a year. Avoid this boutique at all costs.

I’m very picky when it comes to bracelets. I never take mine off, not even to sleep or go to the beach. These bracelets are not only beautiful, but they really are waterproof. The tennis bracelet is gorgeous - my favorite. And the one with the green, emerald-like stones is so elegant and beautiful. I’m planning to come back for more pieces!

I hadn't worn jewelry for years, so I had to completely restock. Cheap costume jewelry tarnishes after only a short time, or the chains fall apart.

The delivery was really good; it took about 10 days, which I think is reasonable. The packaging is pretty, but also simple.

The jewelry pieces are all truly beautiful and much higher quality than typical costume jewelry. They're durable, don't tarnish, and look exactly like the photos.

I wear the jewelry almost all the time, even in the shower. Offers like the Summer Box are perfect for people like me who want to completely restock their jewelry collection.

Beautiful earth boutique have the most gorgeous jewellery!! I ordered the 12 days of summer box £118 and it was so worth the money! I wore some of the pieces on holiday constantly! I didn’t take them off and I was in the water all day everyday and in the sun and none of it had faded or gone rusty! Still looks brand new! Recently one of the rings did lose a stone so I messaged them and sent them a picture, gave them my order details and they sent a new one out there and then! No problem at all. They were so helpful and I couldn’t recommend them enough! I will always get my jewellery from them now!

Great jewelry, customer service and delivery

While the jewelry looks good when first looking at it, upon noticing it more carefully you’ll see it’s slightly tarnish and lacks quality. Not worth the price & if you’re trying to return , it’ll be hassle. They want you to get replacement jewelry that already lowkey sucks. You pay for shipping and still have to pay to return it back to them. You’d probably get the same quality at SHEIN or temu but wayyy cheaper. I’ve bought jewelry from several places and this one did not meet my expectations for the price. I’ve had more luck buying from Walmart tbh.

My five pieces arrived quickly and were as described. I am very pleased with my purchases and will definitely be taking the place of my real jewellery on my European holiday .

3.5 stars. I bought their 12 pack summer deal. While the jewelry looks wonderful, I've noticed the quality is not so good. So far I've gotten replacements for 2 of the pieces because they broken, one within a day. I also just had another piece that broke and I will request another replacement through the warranty. I'm not sure if the quality was worth the purchase tbh. I've had the pieces about 1 month and 3 have broken.

I will say requesting the replacements through the warranty has gone smoothly and I've had no issues there.

I am beyond impressed with Beautiful Earth. From their quick customer service to their commitment to the environment, I have loved every piece from them. Definitely worth the investment, and their deals are unmatched for the variety they have in stock! Their jewelry is high quality, and I have yet to notice any flaws, tarnishing, or scratches so far after regular & daily wear. It has been almost a month! I seriously enjoy decorating myself and I am glad Beautiful Earth can be part of making me feel pretty :)

I ordered their 12 piece summer box, the website experience was seamless (although it was very hard to choose the 12 pieces, as every item looks amazing and I would have wanted to get everything). The order arrived in the mentioned timeline, it was beautifully packaged and each piece looks amazing and has great quality. I haven't taken off some of the pieces since I got them. I wear them when I shower, at the pool and they look the same. I will definitely order again!
