After purchasing three toppers over the past few years and been perfectly happy with the quality of the hair I recently bought another. All the toppers were the. Same style and colour, however the recent one was poor quality in face very poor quality hair. I complained and returned it only for it to come back to me having had conditioning treatment. I was a professional hair extensionist and have purchased good quality hair for years so I know my stuff. Very disappointed. I’m thinking the use a different supplier now. Sad

Poor quality (definitely not REMY hair) 'bespoke' toppers....looks at though a 2 year old has dyed it!!
I bought mine at the costly sum of £350, 3 years ago and it's STILL in the box!!
Non existent customer service!
I've bought one from another company at a fraction of the price and it's fantastic quality.
Do not waste your time and money with this 'company'

I spent literally ages watching the videos to make sure I ordered the correct colour when choosing my topper. The website stated that they do 12 standard shades in all the different toppers. I chose cocoa sunlight which in the video looked dark brown with reddish and blonde highlights and the blonde highlights looked quite chunky which I liked. Anyway checked the delivery which stated 2-5 working days, dispatched in 48 hours. So 11 days later I received my topper, I was so excited but when I took her out of the bag she was, well I would say very very dark almost black with very fine redish brown highlights, no blonde in sight so I sent her back. I emailed the address that was on the label in the box which wasn’t a live email address so my message failed? I then emailed the main address which you only get a response to every 2-3 days and was told that they could send a replacement cocoa sunlight as they have one with more blonde? I thought there were 12 standard shades? If this is the case why are they so different and why did it have no blonde at all. Anyway, I sent it back and asked for Nutmeg sunlight, watched the video again before requesting and waited for a response. I waited nearly a week and didn’t hear anything so emailed again. Tracey came back to me and said she was waiting for the colourist to let her know when it was ready? I thought it was a stock piece. Anyway after waiting in total a whole month, my replacement arrived today. She is a medium brown with very VERY fine blonde bits that only seem to be near the roots. Nothing like nutmeg sunlight that is on the video. She also looks quite dry on the lengths. I am keeping her, I am going to see what my hairdresser can do for me regarding adding blonde so she actually has highlights.
I am so disappointed with my experience. Toppers are not cheap and I expected good customer service. They only work 10-3 Monday to Friday and you cannot speak to anyone on the phone just email and you have to wait 48 hours for a reply.
I think they need to make people aware that the colour is individual and that there are no standard shades. Not sure if I would buy from this company again which is sad because after watching all the videos, I thought I had found a great supplier. Maybe they just need to employ more staff or buck up their ideas when it comes to customer service. You can take weeks to sort out a customers order but demand that if you want a replacement or refund, you have to return 1st class and within 3 days. It doesn’t work like that. If they expect customers to adhere to their requests, they need to start treating customers with respect and be thankful they have customers. They also need to remember that a lot of their customers feel they have found the perfect solution to their hair thinning worries when buying their topper and be more understanding and honest when stating what they can provide.

After watching numerous videos on the Betsy website I decided to book an online appointment with Sam the stylist. Sam was knowledgeable of all the hair toppers and made a few suggestions as to which colour and style would be best for me. I opted for a smaller topper however when it arrived I decided I would like to try a larger thicker piece. This was promptly sent out and when it arrived I knew it was the one for me. My own hairdresser styled my topper and it’s perfect . I had a super experience with the company. Customer service was excellent I corresponded with Sam, Lucy and latterly Tracey when Lucy was on annual leave. Absolutely tip top(per)😊experience from start to finish.

I ordered a 'enhancer' from this company after watching the videos etc I thought they would be the perfect solution for me. However, when my order arrived it was nothing like the picture and the colour was wrong so I sent it back. They got in touch asking if I would like to exchange for another, I emailed back with a long explanation of what I required. No response/answer. I emailed again asking if they received my first email? Nothing, zilch. Given up. Will agree with others, customer service very very poor

Poor quality hair, fine at first but after a couple of washes the coating came off and it became extremely dry and tangled. I took it to a local wig specialist for a repair treatment, she advised that the hair is not remy and of very poor quality.

I bought a 'supposed' bespoke hair topper from Beautiful Betsy in 2019. When it finally arrived it was straggly and the wrong colour. Very poor quality. I contacted Betsy who suggested I return it but they would deduct £35 from any refund as this is apparently their policy in order to 'protect' vulnerable customers whose immune systems are compromised. I objected to this as the item had not been worn and the wrong order was received. They have ignored my emails after I expressed my view this was in breach of my consumer rights. The product was not what I had ordered and was not fit for purpose. As they did not reply to my email I tried to contact them via their Facebook page. They eventually replied but did not agree to give me a full refund. I replied and they have ignored me. I have just checked their Facebook page to see if a reply was waiting for me. It wasn't and they have now removed their 'feedback' option (as far as I can see). I have been contacted by another customer who has undergone the same experience as I have. In short - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is shocking and their products are very poor.
