I had ordered from this company last…

I had ordered from this company last year and was pleased with my product, and the shipping took two weeks. This year, horrible experience. I ordered my two pairs of contacts on October 6th, and paid $18.99 in expedited shipping to have them both arrive before Halloween. After 2 weeks & no tracking/update status on my shipment, I reached out to their customer service requesting a status update & wanted to inquire if they would arrive before Halloween. They told me that one of my contacts was actually out of stock, but assured me to wait a few more days since it was being made at their factory. Keep in mind, the item was in fact in stock the date of my purchase. They were aLeo advertising Halloween costume contacts & faster shipping to have contacts arrive in time for Halloween on their website, as well as in marketing emails that I continued to receive with this verbiage while I was waiting for my order. After over 3 weeks, I reached out again since more than a few days had passed & my order still had not shipped. I also requested that I’d like the item that is in stock to be shipped with my faster shipping, since I paid extra for my products to arrive in 7-14 business days. The customer service team said my products would not arrive before Halloween, & they only offered me a 10% off discount code for future purchases as a resolution. I expressed to them that I had a total purchase of $15.20, & paid an additional $18.99 for faster shipping. That I was displeased with their false advertising & inefficient acts of resolution. Well, it’s now November 4th, & my products still have not arrived, but are finally in transit. Tracking is estimating another few days. Horrible experience.

Dont throw away your money

ORDER N0 -UK8409-I wish i had read the reviews for this company. I ordered on the 15.10.2025 for Halloween and to date still not got the contacts. Customer service are sending me apologetic pathetic, emails offering me 10% off my next order. I paid extra 8.99 for express shipping. They have a pathtic non working tracking website which keeps coming up with a abnormal error message. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Confusing if you have different prescription for each eye

I’ve had two orders from them and while the contacts are great I’ve had one major issue which is the contact lenses come in pairs you can’t select different prescriptions for them so I have to order multiple packs of each ones which is fine. However my issue then comes when you take the contact lenses out of the box the actual packet doesn’t have the prescription written on so they get muddled up and can’t work out which is which.

the prescription is only listed on the actual box they come on not for the individual lenses which makes it difficult if you have 2 different lenses. Unless you manage to peel the sticker off that’s on top of the packaging which does say it underneath.

If you want two prescriptions, you will need to buy two pairs of contact lenses.

worth every penny

I got yellow semi-transparent for my husband's Pennywise costume, they were harder to see over his brown eyes unless he was outside in the light. I got the solid white for my The Nun costume and they completely covered my brown eyes. Everyone was freaking out when I looked at them, one person refused to look at me the whole party. It was awesome!!

This has been the most stressful and ridiculous shopping experience ever. I ordered on October 5th and made a mistake with my address — I immediately asked them to change it. They said they updated it and promised a new tracking number.
Guess what? It’s been WEEKS.
No item.
No tracking number.
Nothing but the SAME copy-paste excuses every time.
This company is a JOKE.
I don’t even want the product anymore — I just want my money back.
Never ordering from here again and I suggest everyone STAY AWAY.

Great selection and great price

Great selection and great price, especially for prescription lenses. I tried another company before them, and they were 3x the price. They emailed me right away when they found out that they were out of stock, and were patient for my new selection. They confirmed before shipping that they had my new selection correct. Please be patient with your order as it comes from overseas and goes through customs, so if you want something for a specific event, order well in advance. I highly recommend. I’ve ordered 30 different colored prescription lenses now because that’s how highly I think of them. Just placed my third order which will bring my variety of lenses to 60+. The Cosplay White Manson and Cosplay Yellow lenses freaked people out. These contact lenses are more comfortable than my regular prescription lenses, even with astigmatisms and dry eyes.

Don’t bother scam ordered them over a week ago still have not received them and says it still hasn’t even been shipped yet I send them a message asking for a refund they never replied and I went on the refund site still nothing and still no contacts it is a scam don’t bother they just take your money and you never receive the product

I ordered a pair of contact lenses over…

I ordered a pair of contact lenses over a week ago, didn’t receive a dispatch email or anything so I contacted them and received an email saying they are making them in a factory, a couple of days go past I email them again they say they aren’t available! So I ask for a refund they tell me to exchange the contact lenses for another pair, I tell them I don’t want any other contact lenses so I want a refund. They then send me another email saying the same thing please choose another pair I say no I do not like any other ones I want a refund. Now they are not replying so I am contacting trading standards and a solicitor. Terrible don’t buy from here, the same has happened with plenty of other of reviews on here.

Worst Customer Service ever!!!!!

I ordered 9 pairs of contacts and one pair (my favorite) was defective. They kept asking me to send them pictures and how could I since the issue happened when I placed the contact in my eye it would hurt very much so after 2 times of communication via chat I gave up. I wasn’t even asking for a refund simply a replacement. Awful customer service! Will never order from them again!!!!

DO NOT pay expedited shipping! my order hasn’t been touched in 10 days !

Tried to order contacts for my order US101050 for halloween and ordered on the 17th. 3-5 days it said. perfect amount of time WITH time to spare. i paid 20 dollars for fast shipping to get it on time and it’s still processing ?? zero updates with tracking and i’m supposed to leave in two freaking days for my 3 year anniversary trip without my prescription contacts. i really needed these and im extremely disappointed to go on this trip without them. do not recommend .

Do not use this company

Do not use this company, waited 3 weeks to be delivered and so had to order from
Another company so I got them in time. When they arrived only half of the order was in there and now they do not offer refunds. Will be going to trading standards

Shambolic Customer Services

I ordered some contact lenses and paid for express delivery 3-7 business days.
Order Number UK7891
Its now 10 working days later and no sign of the lenses, other than Evri saying that they have not got them yet either.
I emailed their customer services - no response
I tried their chat function - no answer

Absolutely shambolic customer services and looks like i paid extra for nothing. Scammers.
