Do not use them!!

Do not use them!!
Oh They were great at first, I ordered Contacts from them multiple times never had a issue, this last time ( December 2025 ) I ordered 8 pair witch 3 pair were messed up, one actually had mold floating in them unopened, I contacted them literally 6 time's sending video, and pictures, DO you know I did not get one reply! Not one regarding my contacts, I literally just wanted to exchange the bad ones for good ones, and nothing! Not even a sorry! I reported them to BBB. It's all fun and games until enough people complain to them. Bad business! No customer service what so ever!

Thank you for your review. We take product quality and customer service very seriously and have carefully checked our records regarding this claim.
All contact lenses are inspected before shipment. Mold cannot occur in lenses that remain sealed and unopened; it can only develop after opening due to contamination or improper handling. In such cases, our customer service team will review and assist once contacted.
We have reviewed all mid-December orders with a recipient name containing “Brandi” and an order of 8 pairs. Only one matching order exists, and the email associated with it has never contacted our customer service.
Our support team replies to every email received and does not ignore customer inquiries. Please ensure contact is made through our official support email, as messages sent elsewhere may not reach us.

The contacts were absolutely stunning…

The contacts were absolutely stunning and truth be told for how cheap they were I honestly thought I would be only gettting a single contact for like one eye not two but I was wrong the price I paid was for two contacts! I ended up ordering three pair the only issue I have is the shipment took so long to get to me!!!! If there was a way to speed up the order I would always get my contacts with yall!! But I’m not sure about waiting 4-6 weeks that’s all

There are a lot of colors to choose…

There are a lot of colors to choose from. I bought this for my daughter. She is blond in one eye and wanted both eyes to match in color. The color was a great match. Great value for the price. The only complaint was the amount of time for shipping.

Nice try... Know that you aren't a priority the money is.

Nice try, but the address had been changed. This is your era for not being attentive to the information and therefore went ahead and sent it to the wrong address. Then you have the audacity to try and justify your era so you won't be accountable for the mistake you made. Additionally, because you are more concerned about losing money, you won't offer to send my order again in good faith to correct the mistake and justify keeping my money. Your business ethics are very poor, unprofessional, and unethical reflecting a huge red flag and the importance of your customers. However, I contacted my bank and you will be paying for the refund and responsible for the charge back for the amount of the original cost of the order, and what you added to my card which was theft by the way since greed has clouded your judgement. Just note that I won't ever be doing business with you again Beaueye/New Cool. Your invoice means nothing to me as you printed it to meet your narrative. Lastly, I will be posting this on social media and Trustpilot with the others that I have shared so you don't do this to anyone else.

I wouldn’t even give them a half of a star!! I ordered from this company on December 14 they said you will have your contacts within 7 to 14 days my order has not been fulfilled nor has it shipped yet I’ve contacted them numerous of times through their direct messaging and through email and I’ve yet to get any answers any response they basically stole my money and never sent me my product!! don’t waste your time or your money this company is a scam!!!

Review (based on research, not a purchase yet)

I have not ordered from BEAUEYE CONTACTS yet, but I have spent some time reading through many reviews and browsing their shop. What really stands out to me is the wide selection of colours and styles, as well as the affordable pricing compared to many other contact lens stores.

From what I have seen in reviews, many customers seem happy with the overall experience, especially the look of the lenses, the comfort, and the nice packaging with extra items included. At the same time, I also noticed some mixed feedback regarding shipping times and customer service, which is something I will definitely keep in mind before ordering.

Overall, the shop looks very interesting and promising, and I am considering placing an order in the future after doing a bit more research!

Honestly, a waste of time and money


I was so excited when I ordered them. I waited and waited and waited for them to show up. I was getting really frustrated with how long it took them to get to me. I had missed my chance to wear them for what I bought them for.
The other day, I decided that I had some time to try them on. I tried multiple times, but they were so thick and so uncomfortable that as soon as I blinked my eye, they would fold and fall out.
I’ve worn contacts so many times with no issues. This is definitely not user error. Why will they not stay in my eyes?

Initial impressions failed to deliver!

I was greatly impressed with the beautiful packaging my products arrived in, definitely 5⭐️'s. The shipping time was average. I wanted to love the 3 pair of yearly contacts I ordered as I eagerly waited for their delivery (which was a little slow). The color of the contacts were pretty but not as realistic as contacts received thru other suppliers. My major complaints: The way they felt was ok but they looked cone shaped (like the tip of an egg). Lastly, the center didn't look right with my pupil. It was very large which left part of my eye uncovered. Looked very strange. The only way my pupil would be big enough to fill in the space was to be in less light so they would expand. I've never had that problem. It's a bummer that all 3 pairs were like that.. I definitely would not order here again.

Great selection of contacts both prescription and non prescription.
Colors are very nice. I ordered a couple of different green colors to see which one would enhance my already green eyes because I wanted them to look natural. I did find a color that was perfect. Package for the contacts were nicely done and products included. I do not think it is necessary to include a case with each contact one case with solution is enough. It is appreciated . Over all I am very pleased with BEAUEYE and will order again.

Please don’t not order from this company

Please do not place an order with this company. Still have not received my order over 5 weeks now. I had to contact the company to enquire where my order was, 1st they said they cannot find the orde I placed, I sent them my order information. They responded it was out of stock and currently being made in their factory, and would I like to order something different. I responded I would like a full refund, they suggested I order something else to which I replied again I am requesting a full refund. If I wanted what was suggested I would have ordered it in the first place. If you cannot fulfill your orders please stop taking peoples money.
