Reached out as instructed concerning an issue and has not received a response but after the inquiry without a response; I get an inquiry on rating.

I see lots of negative reviews; I should have read them prior my purchase.

Beware of nice advertising and presentation on these contact lens and company.

I double checked my shipping address

I double checked my shipping address. At checkout it switched to my old address. I made sure I removed it from my addresses BEFORE I even started looking at contacts. $80 spent and Ño way to edit shipping address or even cancel my order! Ño number to call either

In the ER After Solution Use

The contacts themselves are fine. They are somewhat flimsy, but they do the job. I think that they could make the space for the pupil a little smaller because my eye color can be seen still (particularly for the purple and brown ones).

My concern is with the solution that comes included. The bottle is labeled simply as “solution,” and only upon closer inspection does it specify that it is a cleaning solution. I soaked the contacts in this solution and unfortunately ended up in the emergency room with significant chemical burns to my eyes.

I fully acknowledge that I could have read the label more carefully. However, many contact cleaning systems that are not safe for direct eye contact are more clearly differentiated, often with distinct red caps and cases designed to neutralize the solution before the lenses are worn. This packaging did not make that distinction obvious, and the risk of serious eye injury is not prominently displayed.

I strongly encourage the company to revise the labeling so that “cleaning solution” is clearly and prominently displayed on the front of the bottle, with an explicit warning that it must not be placed directly in the eyes unless properly neutralized. Clearer visual cues could help prevent others from experiencing the same type of injury. In the meantime, I would urge buyers to read the label very carefully before using the included solution.

Regarding the solution included, we would like to clarify that it is a cleaning solution, not a multipurpose or soaking solution, and it is not intended to be used directly in the eyes. As stated on the label, improper use may cause serious eye irritation or injury.
That said, we sincerely appreciate your honest acknowledgment and, more importantly, your constructive suggestion regarding labeling and visual warnings. Your feedback about clearer front-facing labeling and more prominent safety warnings is valuable, and we have shared it with our product and packaging team for further review and improvement.

Good quality lenses, quick delivery. I have ordered twice.

I have ordered Beaueye for the second time. Quick delivery, and their Perla Green contacts blend beautifully with my light green eyes.

I have only one complaint. When ordering 12 pairs of lenses, I DO NOT NEED 12 lens cases! I have a bunch of them before, and do not need more. Beaueyes' lens cases are also unpractical since the do not close properly. I do not use them. Receiving lens cases should be optional.

One of the four lenses that I ordered…

One of the four lenses that I ordered were unwearable. They both scratched my eyes as soon as I put them in! Very disappointed. It's almost like they didn't even test them.

I know I have already reviewed once

I know I have already reviewed once, but imma do it again, seeing as how I've probably ordered 60 pairs so far..these are the absolute BEST!!! I have had no issues, when 1 of the items I ordered was outta stock, they emailed me very quickly and told what happened and asked me to pick a pair to replace them, it was quick and easy and my orders were shipped out quickly after it was updated!! I have read a few reviews from people being mad at shipping times and customer service reaching out, but that's not exactly true...if you order them and want them in 5 days, it aint happening no matter what you pay extra...there's alot that goes into getting orders ready, everyone of my 6 orders, has been ordered and shipped and to me within 10-14 days, even the ones we had to switch out a pair...and as far as the customer service replying, they are spot on, I never had to wait more than a couple hours for a response... and also the tracking website isn't always helpful, they show up before the time on the tracking, so I dont bother checking it, I follow the emails saying it's shipped and I get another a few days later saying it'll be delivered that day, and it is!! You have to remember, your not the only order and it takes time to get it ready as well as everyone else's and then packing them, shipping labels, then shipping everything out..thats not a 1 or 2 or even 5 day task... if you want them quickly then order way ahead and you'll not have any issues, but if you're mad and gonna blame them for everything try to remember they're human and serving thousands of people everyday and also check your spam email, they aren't ignoring you, you just didn't look in the right folder!! And yes, they can be in your regular email and all of a sudden go to spam!!! I look forward to seeing the new arrivals!!

Terrible product

After waiting forever for the stuff to come! Product is terrible!! Look fake and not just color contact fake, but like just bad. Makes vision blurry. Save yourself the money and trouble and don't buy!!

I received one set of contacts late due…

I received one set of contacts late due to the weather. That's ok because I understand that. My second set which was paid for at the same time, still hasn't gotten here. I have sent several emails to customer service and as of yet have had no reply. I have tried to get tracking number and everything points to them not having been sent. Please help me find them or send me more.

The contacts are wonderful.

The contacts are wonderful but the delivery service used was a nightmare they took way too long to get here and at one point the delivery service had expressed that my shipment was lost.

Total scam

** Update** I finally received HALF my order! The other half still remains to be seen!!! Don't waste your time with this company! Customer service is ridiculous!!

Total scam! I ordered on Jan 16, 2026. Tracking was updated Jan 19th saying it shipped & today is February 4th and tracking hasn't been updated since. I emailed customer service & keep getting the same canned response. Asked for a refund and they said after they ship them they cannot refund. Don't waste your time!

This company is wonderful

This company is wonderful. I have been. Wearing contacts for almost 2 decades and their contacts are so nice for the price. I've paid 3 times the price they sell their contacts for on other websites and still been disappointed with the dryness, the quality, the packaging, customer service...etc. This company has gone above and beyond with helping me find more than one great pair of contacts. Terrible quality

Regarding the items, all items in the same box are produced and packaged together, so there will be no color difference. However, sometimes customers may not be able to distinguish the front from the back and may misunderstand the color of the item. For example, the front of a contact lens is darker than the back; you can use this to differentiate them.

So many options!

I have gotten so many that I can probably change my eye color every day of the month, and they're prescription. I go for the more natural looking colors and only those who have known me for a long time can see the difference. The selection is great and I found the shipping time worth it and not that bad.
