Dr. BOSSELAERS STEFANIE is an amazing doctor, a professional in every way possible and an incredible woman.
After a long talk about how and what I had in mind during a consultation with Dr. BOSSELAERS STEFANIE the doctor patiently listened, she put me at ease, gave me ideas, advice and encouragement. She totally understood what I wanted which is clearly visible in the results!!

The staff in the offices aswell as our account manager Rachel are really helpful and very friendly. Our regular driver Mike is so friendly and always goes above and beyond. Thank you Beaucare!

I had a tummy tuck preformed by this clinic, Dr Danau.
On my return home the scars was infected, I was left with the most unsightly scars, I contacted the clinic for advise and correction of the scars, they informed me that Dr Danau had left the clinic and it was no longer there problem, that i needed to contact the doctor direct, after contacting the doctor direct, he informed me that the clinic had taken the money for the procedure and that it was there responsibility. neither the clinic or doctor wanted anything to do with the correct, unless I paid additional fees to put it right. the proof is in the photos. with this clinic and doctor, all is good until it goes wrong, then nobody wants to take responsibility

Recently aquired services from Beaucare for a healthcare company with whom I am employed as an FM. Lydia and Hannah have been extremely helpful, courteous and professional. Delivery of agreed contracts have been completed quickly and seemlessly, with a high level of aftercare to ensure we are satisfied with their service. Highly recommended!

I use Beaucare on a regular basis and have always found them to be polite, friendly and extremely helpful. I often have little or no information about the product I need or just a photo of something that needs replacing - always happy to help and get things sorted promptly.

We highly recommend BeauCare to all Care Homes that require LOLER servicing, and bed service checks.
They call/email to remind you when your servicing is due, and book a suitable time and date to come and carry out the servicing.
You receive the reports promptly along with any recommendations and quotes for replacement items required.
We'd like to thank Claire Cornish for the reminders and assistance she has provided us, and also the engineer Bradley who carried out the servicing at our care home.

Its been hard trying to find a stable PPE supplier due to COVID however Beaucare have been a life saver for providing PPE to our clients. They are very reliable and quick with getting PPE delivered to clients. My point of contact- Rachel Hird provides amazing customer experience and is so helpful. Excellent service, communication and products. I recently ordered reusable, washable bed pads which were very good quality and after several washes have proved their quality.
