Shockers

Bought these ear buds but have NEVER got them working. They came without instructions and the firm have totally ignored all my efforts to get instructions and I am left out of pocket. Simply appalling and I am £40 out of pocket.

Crooks

Crooks, beware. They may have ceased trading and I am not surprised. We got the wrong headphones and sent them back recorded delivery, they were signed for and we still have not had our £30+ refund.

Cheap Imitation ear pods that do not work properly

Just tried the ear pods which I originally bought for my son for the first time. No wonder he didn’t like them! The right ear pod doesn’t work at all. It took me an age to connect to my iPad Pro and when I finally did I kept loosing the connection. There is also a delay so that what I hear in my ear is not in sync with the mouth of the speaker i’m Listening to on YouTube. The case is also poorly made especially the lid closure but the worst thing is that the right ear pod just doesn’t work. Have now payed the extortionate price for Apple originals but at least they do work properly.

Awful customer service - I now have no earpods and am out of pocket

I've had an awful experience with Beatvibes, I received my earpods, wasn't overly happy with the quality but was prepared to stick with them for such a good price. Within a few days of using the earpods, the left one stopped working. I tried various things (charging, re-setting) and nothing fixed the issue. I got in touch with Beatvibes and they also tried to help resolve the issue, but still nothing worked. They told me to return my product for an exchange. I asked how they would manage the postage cost, as I shouldn't have to bear the cost of the return of a faulty product. The email exchange from Beatvibes then became quite rude and blunt, telling me that the product wasn't faulty when they sent it and that therefore I would have to bear the cost of the postage. Regardless of whether the product was initially faulty or not, you don't have to be a genius to know that a product should remain in good working order for a reasonable amount of time. Since this email exchange, I have returned the product with a note requesting a refund, as opposed to an exchange of the item - I no longer want to deal with this company due to their shocking customer service. Since returning the product, I have heard nothing from Beatvibes. I've attempted contact on social media and have been ignored. So at the moment, I have no earpods and am out of pocket by the price of the earpods and price of postage to return. In this day & age, how can an organisation dare to treat their customers like this - it's unacceptable.

instructions may help

For the money it works but there are glitches I can’t work out ie: every time I connect to iphone it calls the last person I rang (which can be embarrassing) and when there’s a call it loses connection and has to be reconnected. Instructions in the box would have helped - possibly!

I bought these earbuds at the end of…July 2109

I bought these earbuds at the end of July 2019. When I received them 1 of the buds did not work and There were problems about turning off the other bud.
I contacted Beatvibes by email on 3 occasions but received no response. As far as I can see there is no other way to contact them.
Would Beatvibes like to contact me now???

Rubbish

The majority of the time only one bud connects (usually the right one). If they both connect to my iPhone, the left one usually turns itself off after a very short period of time. Tapping the bud to try and get it to react only activates Siri (which is frequently activated just by getting the things out of the case). Reported it to Beatvibes the day after purchase, no response whatsoever. They look and feel like quality items but they just don't work as they should.

Poor customer support

Poor customer support.
Bought a pair of these. When they arrived all was fine worked as should. Came to use them a few days later they would not pair with my phone. Followed instructions on there help page. Which was not so helpful as it mentioned things that did not exist on my charger case. They still would not pair.
Contacted CS through their online page. Still no reply. So if you buy be aware there is no help if things go wrong. And the cost of posting back will be more than the original cost.

I received faulty ear pods

I received faulty ear pods. I was told that I would have to incur the postage expense to send the faulty good back using recorded delivery which i believe is unfair. The company should have paid and so I am stuck with a ear pods that do not work well

I've sent this company so many emails…

I've sent this company so many emails requesting for a new head set as the one provided was faulty when it arrived. Only one ear worked so I have send various emails about this with no reply what so ever.
Do not buy here they are scammers.

Bought earbuds but right ear not working. I messaged via email three times no single response until I reported it to PayPal as I paid through them. I had to pay for sending back the item andv Still awaiting my refund. Awful experience!!!
