Cannot recommend Beast

I booked the car in advance and was looking forward to pick it up. I got call from employee that the car will be on different address and they pay they Bolt. I said so what lets do it. Cam to pick it up but car was parked so badly that I could not drive away and had to call police and to way hour until the other driver showed up and moved the car. I have got a tesla with more than 100k km squeezing with winter tires even was 32degrees celsius summer. The car did not look like super bad but for a rent ai expect always a nice and well kept fresh car. We did one or two rides and after I parked I could not open nor start as the app did not work and car did not communicate. I called the same guy that tried to helm me. After 2 hours he offered a refund and we managed to open the car and I took it back to the place even 5hrs sooner.. they charged me additional 40eur!! Not refund anything and they stopped responding, I know its Sunday but this is not a customer service I would have expected. Lets see whats happens next. At this time I cannot recommend.

Täiesti ebausaldusväärne igasmõttes.
Elujooksul kasutanud üle 10 erineva autorendi firma üle maailma ja beast on neist halveim igas mõttes.

Kirjeldan ka lühidalt oma juhtumit:
3 kuud ette broneeritud teenusega tehti mulle nii, et märtsi algul broneerisin juuni kuusse beasti auto läti lennujaama, et sellega sõita eesti - Tartu kuna õhtul ühtegi bussi sel ajal enam Tartu ei sõida. Sel eeldusel sai teistpidi ots Tartu - Riia ostetud bussipilet, mis kahjuks pole tagastatav. Aprilli algul siis saadetakse e-mail, et beast ei tegutse enam 4 riigis, üks neist siis on läti ning kõigiga võetakse ühendust personaalselt. Kuna reis mille tõttu rent sai võetud on kohepea saabumas, siis kontrollisin et mis seis on minu broneeringuga - endiselt aktiivne ning 19 päeva pole keegi ühendust võtnud. Tundus kahtlane ning otsustasin siis ise ühendust võtta. Ilma igasuguse vabanduseta tühistati broneering ja lubati, et raha kantakse tagasi. Mida ei tulnud on loomulikult raha tagasi, uuesti uurima hakates öeldi, et mul on tehtud broneering beast buckide eest ja neid me enam ei väljasta, seega midagi tagasi ei saa. Pahameelt väljendades pakuti, et umbes mine võta eestis see rent uuesti ja me tagastame selle rendi väärtuse ....Ettevõte lasi mind täielikult üle ja nad eeldavad, et ma usaldan midagi nende käest enam broneerima, täiesti süüdimatud tegelased seal.
Mul oli sihtotstarbeliselt vaja antud renti mitte niisama lõbusõiduks ja sellest beasti teenindus aru ei saanud. Tänu nende üle lasmisele tektitati mulle uute broneeringute ja näol ca 150 eurot kahju.

Terrible service and service provider.
Totally unreliable in every way.
I have used more than 10 different car rental companies around the world in my life, and beast is the worst of them in every way.

I will also briefly describe my case:
With the service booked 3 months in advance, it was done to me so that at the beginning of March, I booked a beast car for the month of June to the Latvian airport in order to drive it to Estonia - Tartu, since no bus goes to Tartu in the evening at that time. On this assumption, the Tartu - Riga bus ticket purchased, which unfortunately is not refundable, ended up the other way around. At the beginning of April, an e-mail is sent that beast no longer operates in 4 countries, one of them is Latvia, and everyone will be contacted personally. Since the trip for which the rental was taken is coming soon, I checked the status of my reservation - it is still active and no one has contacted me for 19 days. It seemed suspicious and then I decided to contact myself. Without any apology, the booking was canceled and the money was promised to be refunded. What didn't come is of course the money back, when I started researching again, they said that I had a reservation made for beast bucks and we don't issue them anymore, so I won't get anything back. Expressing displeasure, it was suggested that you go and take the rental again in Estonia and we will return the value of the rental .... The company completely let me down and they expect me to trust to book anything from them again, completely innocent characters there.
I needed the given rental for a specific purpose, not so much for fun driving, and the beast service did not understand this. Thanks to letting them go, I was billed for new bookings and about 150 euros in damages.

I had an awesome experience with the…

I had an awesome experience with the Beast. Awesome ride with Tesla, and sweet support from their side. As a newbie, I wrote more than 40 messages for support, and all my messages were answered. I avoided all bureaucracy, and they were fair. To be more concrete, I did not take the photos while taking the car, and they said they know all the damages already made. After having returned the car, they said they did not see any new damages. So, release your Beast! But please drive safely and responsibly :)

Phenominal

Best experience i've had in a while driving a car, the price is pretty low comparing to other alternatives in Riga most fun i have had in a vehicle.

Enjoyable day with Model 3 LR

We have literally enjoyed our day with Model 3 LR offered by Beast. The excellent app interface makes the rent experience easier. I really hope to see them in Latvia. Sometimes it is a bit annoying that you need to "Allow driving" each time to get into the car, but overall experience is amazing!

I had been complaining quite a bit…

I had been complaining quite a bit about Beast lately because they park their EVs at public chargers. After some back and forward with their team they offered a good solution whenever I see myself in this situation. Since then I’ve called them a few times and they instantly disconnected the car and even let me move it. Thats great customer service and trust.

While I am not a customer of Beast, I did see that their cars are actually clean inside, staff is responsive and their app really looks super professional. I’d definitely recommend anyone to give them a try :)

Amazing! ✨

Beast service was excellent and the car was amazing, but there could be some improvements:

1. When I got the car in the morning the remaining battery range was around 250km. I did 2 round-trips to Haapsalu and Kehra that day, and 250km range in winter conditions - was not enough. I had to do 2 charging-stops 1,5hrs each. The waiting time while the car was charging is not so pleasant, I would rather spend it driving this amazing vehicle :) Please, charge the car up to 100% before giving it to the clients, especially when it’s a 1-day rental and the client doesn’t have much time to charge the car several times.

2.The wipers on the car could not clean the window and I had to stop at gas stations from time to time to clean the windshield with napkins. Of course, for the most part, the wipers did not clean the window well because of the cold winter conditions, but also because they were badly worn out. New wipers once a month in winter - and this problem will no longer arise for any client.

Other than that it was amazing! Thank you Beast team! ✨😌🙏🏼

Great service and most fun I had in a long time

Great service, rented a P100D. Most fun I had in a long time. Had a little problem with car, but even on new years eve the team got back to me super quick and solved it! Great pricing and I highly recommend renting from Beast, you won't regret it!
