I ordered grips and never received them. Tried to reach the company 6 or 7 times. They never answered me emails. The stole my money in other terms. Looks like the company is a scam. If you wanna loose your money, make sure you order on BearKomplex
Ordered a pair of grips in February 2023. A few weeks pass and I receive nothing. I reached out to customer service and ask for a status of my order, but I was told the grips aren’t in stock (why was it then possible to place an order?).
I was offered a 50% discount if I didn’t cancel my order, as the grips were coming back into stock in 2 weeks’ time. I accepted their offer played the waiting game.
In April of 2023 I reach out to customer service again as I had not received my grips yet (though I did receive a 50% refund). This time I never receive an answer from Bear KompleX and had to contact my credit card provider to receive the rest of the funds back.
I have no idea if their grips are any good, but their customer service is certainly terrible!
