Products in supplier stock not in the shop stock.

Product was shown as in stock and eligible for next working day delivery before 4pm. After ordering, I was informed that their supplier cutoff had already passed, meaning delivery was not possible the next day. Order was cancelled/refunded without issue, but the website should make supplier cutoff times clearer as I chose this company specifically for next-day delivery.

Wahoo Kickr tensioner bearings

Good quality bearings delivered as promised. The website was easy to navigate and price was good. I only needed two so not a large order but the service was excellent. Will certainly recommend and use them again.

Ordered for the first time as my…

Ordered for the first time as my regular supplier was closed over Christmas so thought I would give them a try as pricing was competitive.

Called them to make sure they were open and had stock, guy was friendly and helpful on the phone.

Ordered arrived early next day.

Unreliable

So unreliable I placed an order for two belts on Thursday next day delivery. It's now Monday no belts no updates I guess I should have came here to read the comments before I ordered . My advise to others going to use this co.run dont fall for the false adverts.

I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered from this company. My order never arrived and they would not help at all, just gave me the tracking number and insisted it had been delivered. Never again.

Shocking customer service

Wish I'd read other reviews on this company before ordering. Placed a phone order 0830 Monday morning for items I needed by Friday. Paid extra for 48 hour postage so allowing 4 days for delivery. Got email on the Thursday saying items were being posted so they arrived too late, meaning a 50 mile round trip to buy elsewhere. Customer service is none existent and wrong stuff sent. I ordered 62, 64, 66mm O rings saying I was not sure of size. I got 62, 6.4, and 66. Too hard to spot the obvious error? Presumed owner Mark King then sent me a photograph of another part, which I had never been supplied with, suggesting this proved my order was correct. After refusing to fully refund me BK then challenged my Chargeback claim. This challenge was not accepted by my bank and I finally got my refund.
Buy elsewhere, I implore you.

Bearing King are a life saver

Bearing King are a life saver. My Miele W860 Novotronic washing machine stopped working last week. I purchased the washing machine in 1998 (26 years ago).Miele say my machine is obsolete and no parts are available. I purchased a 6 ribbed drive belt from Bearing King and was able to make an easy repair to a perfectly good washing machine. It works just like new now. Thank you Bearing King 5*

I placed an order and item saying it is in stock, near a week now and still not received my order, received an email to say order in finally on the way and looks like only half is being sent out, no communication from them unless I chase. First time using and will not use again and will not recommend them to anyone and tell people to go somewhere else. Phoned up and was told they wasn’t in stock, so don’t take notice of in stock item on website. Paid for 48 hr delivery thinking I would receive before the weekend and nothing. I don NOT recommend this company

Toothed belt failed on my lawn raker

Toothed belt failed on my lawn raker. My daughter ordered a new belt from Bearing King. It dropped through the letter box a couple of days later. New belt fitted. Lawn raker back up and running for £6.30.Excellent service, would buy from them again and recommend them to family and friends.

Poor Customer Service

Receive the item after 14 days of ordering. Would not be bad if delivery time would be mentioned before ordering.

Customer Support does not exist. Reply just when get bad review.

Just for the record you did email us from the very beginning explaining that Royal Mail had damaged your Jiffy bag and Royal Mail had given you instructions on how to claim, I’m really sorry but what do you want us to do? what have Royal Mail said to you? have you tried to claim?

If you pay for DPD next day something which we have more control over we will send you a new bearing

Please don’t point the finger for something that was out of our control, oh great title by the way hope you told Royal Mail this or even said this to your postman
