I just received the posters I've been waiting for for a week. I spent so much money and it's so disappointing! The print quality is poor, the colors are dull and washed out. I'm so disappointed and regret spending my money.

Uh... We wanted to replace your posters free of charge, which we always do if there's any question about quality (we care a LOT about quality). But you asked for a refund, so we refunded you. All of this was handled in less than 1.5 hours from your first message to us :)
And we haven't even asked you to ship the merchandise back, because we wanted to save you the time and cost.
I'm sorry the quality wasn't as expected, but I wanted to share to people clearly how the case has been handled from our side :)
Again, we care a LOT about quality and customer experiences.

The poster is absolutely gorgeous, I love it. It’s pretty thick so not just a sheet of paper, and the colors are great. The shipment was flawless, I like that the packaging was suitable for a safe transportation and I got it in one piece even from another country. Hi, we do have AI involved in some of our production processes, so if you want free-range completely nonAI content, we're not the place 🙂
However, I would like to also add that these are original pieces each and every one, it's not as easy as just "AI did it". There's a long production process with illustration (digital) and AI support, so it's also not the case that these are just pure AI creations 🙂
Also, Nicky hasn't purchased anything from us, and so hasn't had the opportunity to enjoy our choices of recycled paper with just-perfect feeling under the fingertips, and just the right amount of natural variance to make each piece unique.
And, as of yet, we're not actually making money. We're just hanging in there, struggling to get by with our own little home business, and still not turning a profit at all.

Fantastic products, great support
Aside from being absolutely thrilled with the design and quality of the products, I had a great experience with the customer service. There was an issue with the shipping to Germany, so I contacted the customer support. They responded immediately and resent the products to me.
