Endless delays and no resolution
Ordered a weighted blanket on presale for Jan 12th 2026. After several delays, no definitive shipment date has been sent. I am initiating a process of a Final Deadline as a consumer protected by Directive 2011/83/EU. Will probably have to move to EU ODR. At this point is not even about the refund, is about the lack of accountability. Strongly advice not to do business with them.

I purchased the Cotton Weighted Blanket…
I purchased the Cotton Weighted Blanket and I really like it. It helped during high anxiety periods.
Had some problems with shipping that were solved eventually. They also received refund for on of the products I didn't use.
They have a good, fair and honest customer service.

Great customer service and excellent quality blanket
I bought the weighted blanket (started with 7 kg but felt it was too heavy - it was exchanged for a 5 kg one without fuss, very prompt, friendly and helpful replies from the customer service and prompt delivery of exchange and refund.
I am not sure who needs a weighted blanket but it's optically appealing and very tactile. You get instructions how to 'get used to it' and that's helpful. Not sure if it helps sleep better but I love it. I'd recommend using it on top of your duvet or a sheet you don't catch your toes.
It's pricey but I think it's worth it.

Excellent customer service and good quality
I had purchased one of their sleeping masks.
The product is of good quality and fit, although it was to light for me. The customer response was exceptionally quick and helpful and the return handled without a hitch. Definite recommend!
