The worst customer service EVER…
The worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I ordered 2 pairs of tabi shoes from here. I returned 1 pair a month ago, which I had to pay shipping for on the return. They didn’t supply any sort of postal slip, but I just assumed this was because they are a small business and copped it. I even paid for tracking and insurance. I just received a notification saying that Beamhill refused to receive my return package at customs. It is now being returned to me!!! After I paid for shipping initially and for the return. I have emailed them multiple times and have not received a response in weeks. The shoes aren’t cheap, even though they aren’t even very good quality. And now no reply and no refund? I’m disgusted and devastated.
