I ordered a swimsuit cover up and received some kind of hospital gown. I contacted them as soon as the package arrived. They said that the package had not been delivered which was confusing. They emailed me to write a review. I told them that I was waiting for the package. It was then confirmed that the ‘hospital gown’ was in fact the product and now they will not let me return the item.

I ordered from them on 5th Feb and my order was over £300. They claim to despatch within 9 days and 15 days to deliver. I paid almost £40 for delivery charges. After over a month the items have still not been dispatched according to the tracking!! They have not responded to any of my emails either!

Keep away .I ordered what was available on website ,they contacted me back after almost week that product is not available ..they apologize and send me 2 different product to choose instead ..after next few days they contacted me back and asked to pay extra for my choice(that I made as alternative -because the one that I paid for can't be posted) ,as well ..i paid for quick delivery (3-4days) 2nd week and ...twice I had such an experience ..I asked for refund , definitely I wont back to this website ,I gave them 3 days for refund ..we will see if they will make a problem .. worse website that I was dealing with ..so far

Just let You know : bealay have stuff on the website that they are not able to post as they don't have them ,I have been informed that the one that I ordered and they don't have was removed from website, never happened ..be careful because you might pay for something that doesn't exist ! Find other webstore for peace of mind

Still waiting, it's 4 months down the line now and Bealay have still not refunded the postage for sending me dangerous damaged goods. Swimwear with wire sticking out of the Bra Tops. I paid them £4+ to send the items to me originally and £4+ to return the damaged items back to them.
They have refunded the cost of the goods but not the postage costs both ways. This is a company that in their own words say "we care about you". This is not the case, a good company would not expect you to pay to have dangerous damaged goods sent to you and then expect you to pay to have the same damaged goods sent back to them. Who in their right mind would agree to do this? I would not recommend Bealay to any one. These goods most certainly come under the Sale of Goods Act, not fit for purpose and dangerous. Their Customer Services must be one of the worst set ups I have ever come across, they are so slow and unresponsive, bordering on rude. I have had the odd email saying we will do this and that for you but they never have done, if that is not dishonourable, I do not know what is.
They sent me a message via Trustpilot asking me certain questions, which I replied too. They then followed up a few weeks apart with two more messages asking the very same questions. All these details were given to them in my very first email with photo(s) back up.
Question: Would you buy two bikinis with wire sticking out of the bra tops and pay to have them sent to you and then have to pay to send them back???
I will continue to place this review across the various Social Media platforms on a recurring basis about Bealay until they do the Honourable thing and refund my two postage costs.

Shocking still waiting for my full refund for a swim suit that i returned over three weeks ago very disappointed in you not replying to any of my messages

So I ordered a swimsuit nearly 2 weeks ago. I’m not only upset at the fact it hasn’t even arrived yet but when I emailed customers services asking if they could track my order and tell me when it would be delivered they haven’t emailed me back and i emailed them 4 days ago. Ordered a couple of times before but will never be ordering again

I placed an order for 2x XL Bikinis when they arrived 1 was correct the other was just the Large. I checked my order and THEY had packaged the incorrect item.
They won’t send a Full Refund.
I’ve had to Pay for Postage to Return the incorrect item now I’ve received a ‘Coupon’ which is Invalid and have to Pay again for delivery!!!!!! So I’m out of pocket by £9 for something that wasn’t my error in the first place! If I don’t pay for delivery I’m out of pocket for the bikini & returns cost????

I bought the swimming costume in jade ready for my cruise holiday. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews, but as it was reduced in price, decided to go ahead! It’s exactly like the photo, beautiful detail but one thing I would say, if you have a full bust & need a good support, this costume isn’t for you! Delivered in 2 weeks. Definitely would order off this site again!

Swimwear arrived but they sent the wrong size. A month later I am still trying to organise a refund. They are not responding to my messages. Terrible service.

Don't use this company. I bought a pair of Jeans for £26 which were rubbish. When I asked to return they gave me address in Germany. I paid through PayPal but what a carry on. Still haven't received a refund and postage was over £10 from the UK

Quick delivery, great bikini and fits perfect.

Ordered a bikini, then read site reviews and got slightly worried, however bikini was delivered 1 week later (!), directly to mail-box, bikini of good quality. Emails received from Bealay about shipment were informative, even if in somewhat broken or auto-translated English. So all in all Bealay order worked out just fine and without any issues :)

Ordered swimsuit came quickly, looks great. Do check the size recommendations well, check own body measurements and buy accordingly. I wear European M size, but ordered Bealay XL following their clear size recommendations, so my tankinis fit perfectly.

I am so satisfied with this company. I ordered 2 Tankini. I normally use size XL and I ordered them in size XL and they fit perfectly.
It took around 3 weeks before I got them. They were delivered by Post Nord (in Denmark).
I will recommend this company to anyone and I will definetly order again.

Do not use this company they send out wrong sized items and then expect you to pay the return postage. If you have had a similar experience I would urge you like me to report them to Trading Standards on 0345 4040506, by reading some of the below reviews I am not the only one receiving poor service, and misinformation .When they tell you that you have to pay postage or they offer you a "coupon" for the value, when by uk law is the item is misdescribed in this case wrong size sent you are entitled to a full payment refund including p&p and they have to pay the return postage as well.........

The delivery time could be faster. I found that the easiest way to communicate was messenger and they were kind and came back with explanayions.
