If I could give put 0 I would. As I see all these other people saying the same, I’m shocked. This if criminal. Hundreds of people’s orders not fulfilled and they just keep the money. And they do it all in the name of Jesus! That’s the craziest thing. They literally emailed me as a reply to one of my MANY attempts to get help with a story about us all being believers & needing grace because we all love the lord. I have never received worse customer service ever than from beacon threads. They have yet to fulfill an order placed in November. (6 months ago now) I’ve reached out numerous times via email (they have no other way to contact them) I either get no response, a generic response, or a lie. I have asked for my money back to just refund the items. They say they over sold in November. I waited, half the order was sent MONTHS later. They asked for grace while the worked to fulfill and promised the rest by a certain date. That day came and went, I reached back out and the cycle repeats. I write saying I NO longer want the item, I don’t want a promise to ship the item I just want my money back. That is completely disregarded and the reply says they’ve checked with shipping and it’ll be out within the week and they will get back with tracking. That was on April 10. April 28 I reach out again. Still no response. I’ve been patient, I understand over committing and would be fine if they’d attempted ANYTHING to make the right. Offer a different shirt, give a refund, or even actually communicate. I literally don’t know what else to do, but hope maybe going on social media will get some there to acknowledge my requests. I went to Better Business Bureau and no shocker they have an F rating and BBB states they’ve reached out on behalf of others with the same issue scad Beacon Threads has failed to reply.

Scammers. I never got my order, they stopped responding and PayPal had to get my money back.

Ordered February 1st today May 5th items still have not been rcvd. I filed a complaint with PayPal. To satisfy the PayPal complaint Beacon Threads sent me 1 random T-shirt that was not part of my order just so they could provide PayPal a tracking # to lie to say they delivered my items to to me when they did not. The fraudulent 1 T-shirt pkg label says it weighed 3lbs 10oz.. which was another lie. They faked the weight on the pkg to pretend they sent the 4 items that I ordered. They are a horrible company committing fraud 100% dishonest sellers.

I ordered a hat on February 12, 2025. Today is May 4th and I still haven't received it! I get email response apologizing. This is supposed to be a "faith based" business but I can guarantee God is not happy with how these people treat customers. Nothing worse than people professing their faith and living to a different standard. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

My order hasn't been fulfilled or shipped yet and it is almost 4 month later. I understand the 7-10 day process but it is well pass that. When I contacted them I keep receiving the same generated email, saying my order is on the way. HORRIBLE BUSINESS and I would never recommend them to anyone.

I spent 67 dollars worth of Tshirts in Feb .it is now May and have not received the Tshirts or a refund yet you speak about GOD .GOD does not like uneven scales

The hypocrisy behind this faith-based company is beyond me. Ordered from them back in Feb and still no delivery of items. Promises made by customer service indicating that products are back ordered and will be sent ASAP. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN. Do not order from this company. Jesus would be mad. Boo Beacon Threads.

I wish I could give zero stars. The hat I ordered was from over two months ago on 2/24. Today is 5/3. They will not refund me my money and they apologize but I’ve still never gotten the dumb hat. These people are disgraceful. I thought ‘Oh yeah, cute hat. I love to support small businesses.’ Screw that. Never again. I hate them so much because they are liars and give different excuses. I’d rather set money on fire than ever deal with the aggravation of these morons again. Save yourself the upset, do not buy from these people.

Placed order 2-2-25 and still have not received my order. Wrote email 2 times with a response but still no product. Won’t ever order from them again.

I’ve previously ordered with the site, I do recall having to send a checking in email, someone responded and I received my order shortly after. I ordered again recently and sent a follow up email to no response yet. I’m seeing all of these complaints and it sucks. The email states processing takes 7-10 days but the website states 7-10 weeks. Times are tough and I like their products. I’ll wait a bit longer to see what develops and keep them in my prayers, as these reviews are excessive..

I've ordered from Beacon Threads multiple times but have never actually received my order in the time frame they give on their website. Never. They send me countless promotion emails trying to get my money but don't have someone to respond to the hundreds of emails from angry customers who haven't received their packages. Even if you dont care about your business having a horrible reputation, surely you understand that you are bringing reproach on the name of Jesus, does that matter to you Beacon Threads?
Just hire more people, its not that difficult!

I’m so disappointed! I’ve ordered from this company in the past several times with no issues. I submitted a dispute through my financial institution for a refund and recommend everyone else to do this same. And to be a black owned company based on Christian values…what happened?? So annoyed!

I have yet to receive my order from 4/15 with a 7-10 day processing time. No one has responded to my emails. We have gone beyond that time and I would like an update.

I placed my order on 4/1/25, the email said TAT was 7-10 days. After that time had passed I sent an email, no response. Sent another email a few days later- no response. It took messaging them on Facebook, Instagram, and sending a third email to get a response. Someone finally responded on Facebook. They sent me a tracking number that was actually just “label ready” and it stayed that way for 5 days until I got the notification that it actually shipped. I got my product today on 5/1/25. I honestly wouldn’t have been upset with a month turn around time had they just been transparent about their slow shipping. The items are great but because of the lack of communication I won’t be ordering again. Just be honest with your customers, Beacon threads!

Placed an order 022025 and still have not received. They told me 3 weeks ago that it would ship within the week and I haven't heard back since. So disappointing. I have since sent 3 emails inquiring about my order and have not heard back.

Ordered back in February 2025, and I have yet to receive my order or even a response outside of their automated message. It’s ridiculous, I spent a little over $60 and not even a refund offer, even after I asked for it 3 times already. I think this company is either out of business or they were a scam to begin with. I should have read these reviews first. The ones on IG are probably fake

Awful it has been 2 mths since ordering and have not received anything! Contacted through email which is the only way to do so! And they keep saying they’re overloaded and will send tracking number as soon as it ships! Still nothing!!!!

As soon as I made a complaint about not receiving the complete order. They send me an email saying I’ll receive my tracking number within a couple of days. That was back in March 2025. My order was purchased back early December 2025. I received partial of my order the end of January 2025.
They have not once ask me if i want a refund!

First order at the beginning of the year was great and came promptly, second order took a month. As of right now I placed my third order on March 19, 2025 and still have not received anything. Email after email they claim another week and it's coming but nothing has come. I'm out $100 and pretty pissed. Some Christian brand. Terrible to scam people out of their hard earned money during these difficult times. Extremely disappointed.
