Buyer Beware!!!
One star is a gift! Bought four items. Both swimsuits were made too small, stitching was horrible, and the other two items were ilfitting. I wound up spending over $28 to return the items to an address in China that I could barely fit on the label! I followed all the requirements for their return policy because on principle I wasn't going to keep something or reorder something at a discounted price. Here's the best part...I made the return in September of 2023. The package was just returned to me yesterday. I guess even they don't want their own poorly made product back. SMH

I paid for expedited shipping and the swim suits still came a week late. One of the suits wasn't even the one I bought. When I needed to return them all because none of them fit right, they told me I was past the 15 day return policy. When I told them it was because I was on vacation and the package was late, they sent me a screenshot of their return policy and said "we are sorry, you can buy another swim suit for half price".

This swimsuit company has so much to offer and has so much variety in swimsuits! I love all the different designs and colors they have to offer!

I just think it's odd that all the glowing positive reviews are from "customers" in Italy, Spain, Portugal and a couple other European countries who write glowing reviews of several Chinese crap clothing companies which are all probably all owned by the same syndicate. All other reviews are from actual US and other customers mentioning the sizes and quality are awful and the return policy is a ripoff. If a company contact info lists a Chinese address and just an email you know it's going to be crap. I won't he ordering from them. Just pay a little more and order from legit US companies.

The return policy is confusing and not standard. Basically if you need to return something you have to pay to ship it back to China! And there’s no guarantee it’ll get there. They want you to keep the items then offer to send you another item if you pay shipping, or offer partial refunds to keep the items. The sizing is small so order up 1 size. Overall I’d stick to American Made products in the USA! Buyer beware items sent from CHINA.

If I could give zero stars, I would have! Ordered a swimsuit and it didn't fit. They offered a refund if I ship it back to CHINA within a week or else I could keep it and get them to send me another size for a mere additional $18. Ha! If you are going to do business in the US, you need to fix your return policy and obtain an address here for us to work with. DON'T ORDER from them. There are plenty of other US based swimsuit manufacturers and distributors to choose from.

Order delivered but bad sizing.i returned the parcel to the address supplied by them, but as yet, after being stationary in China for 5 weeks, is unable to be delivered. I lodged a complaint with the company i sent the return by and they forwarded a phone number for this company to contact. beachsissi say they cant do it…in the meantime i have spent $100 on an order , but got absolutely nothing for it… i kinda feel they know their returns wont be delivered to them…which is why they push for us to take a 15% refund…knowing full well their returns wont getbback to them, so they will not have to pay their 100% refund…..such a shonky business

OMG I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered! Still haven't received though I ordered over 2 weeks ago, according to reviews I'm not going to be happy once I finally get it. They should have to reveal it is coming directly from China!

Clothing sizing is all over the place. I ordered medium and none fit, some were too big and some were too small. Clothes are cheap and ill fitting. I emailed and was told I would have to send it back to China to get a refund. She said the sizing discrepancies were not their fault therefore it was my fault for the return and I will have to pay shipping. They shipped it to me from Jamacia NY and yet I cannot send it there for the refund? Shady company. Also it took 21 days to get to me so the event I ordered the dresses for had already passed.
Wish I read these reviews before I purchased...

Very poor material & item arrived damaged. Have to return to China which is very expensive. Poor customer service!

Bathing suits were too small. I read reviews and looked at their size chart. Was planning to return all 4 of them for a refund but when I went to post office, I found out that it was going to cost $66 to mail international to China. What a rip off. Will not be ordering from them again and will be very vocal about my experience.

Absolutely one of the biggest scams I've seen. Quality is terrible and you have to ship things back to CHINA?????? I'm telling all of my friends about this experience and will comment on their ads whenever they're presented that folks should stay away from this company!!!!!

Dont do it!! Will not be able to do a return as it is overseas you will have to fill out a customs trackable return which was almost $80 not worth it. Nothing you can do typical Chinese website.

Total sham company. Ship to you local but if you need to return, then you pay expensive shipping back to China and they do not have clearance through customs so you don’t get your refund as they claim to have not received the goods. Goods are exceptionally poor quality and the company will talk their way out of any issues so you get stuck with return shipping. I suggest they use photographs of quality items and then use substandard manufacturing to replicate the garments which are of the poorest quality and cheap fabric. Do yourself a favour, avoid purchase as it only leads to heartache, hours of wasted time chasing refunds and lost shipping costs both ways. Took 4 months to resolve

I am torn on my order. I kept one dress. Ok quality. It's $40 bucks so not expecting YSL. However, if you have a return or exchange you will have issues. They want you to ship clothes back international shipping. Very expensive and no communication other than email. So if everything works then you are good. If you need customer service or exchange/returns, good luck.
