What a disgusting place
What a disgusting place! It's was so dirty, when we arrived our bathroom still had cut wires etc all over the basin where they had clearly been fixing something before we arrived. The basin and shower was also dirty and I had to use my flip flops to wash in there! The floors/ dressers/ mirrors were also dirty in the rooms and all along the corridors had lumps of dust, looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in months! It's dark and dingy and need a good revamp/decoration and better cleaners! The food is awful! So cold and rubbish! Someone came into my room whilst I was pool side and stole my Apple AirPods out of my suitcase that had a little key look on it! I reported it to reception but absolutely nothing was done about it! They didn't care at all! So their staff are thieves that don't clean anything properly! The last day they changed our beds and put towels up and made a fancy pattern with the blankets but all just to get a tip and the first time they had bothered at all! No way was I going to tip them after someone had stolen from my suitcase! We didn't have cleaned towels for four days even though our dirty ones were on the filthy floor, we constantly had to go to reception to request things like toilet roll and towels! I wouldn't ever recommend this awful place and would never return! I love turkey and have been before to a much better cleaner hotel!
