Donald was friendly and knew what he was doing. Came at perfect time as told on call and sorted out the problem.

I had initially booked a drain survey for what I thought was a minor issue. Kenny did a very thorough inspection of the systems, diagnosed the issue and explained the options available to remedy the situation left by the previous homeowner.

At all times, he was polite and clear. He is a real professional who knows what he is doing and keeps you in the loop of what's going on.

The work in a realistic and efficient manner. Excellent work & highly recommend!

Donald was very helpful and patient on our very blocked shower! He was able to figure out the problem and made sure that everything was running thoroughly by the end of the day. Hopefully we won’t need to see him again (because our pipes are sorted)!

Called BDS drainage for a blocked toilet because they had good reviews and the best price I found after calling around. They came out to me the same day the engineers were very polite and friendly and got the job done quickly. Definitely glad I chose this company.

BDS is a great company. Very speedy response, engineer Kenny was knowledgeable and honest, sorted the problem (blocked drain) out very quickly, was courteous, minimised any mess, and provided advice for the future before leaving. I highly recommend this company.

Drains disaster averted

My kitchen floor was flooded plus sink and shower water wasn't running away. I assumed my soil pipe was blocked so I called in BDS Drainage, who had very good reviews on Trustpilot.

They checked out inside the pipe with their camera system and we could see that it was badly fractured around a 40 year old angled section of clay pipe and also had some cracks running along straight sections leading to the drains - all of which is set deep into the reinforced concrete base my house sits on directly under my kitchen floor. Big problem!

Kenny from BDS advised we would need to have the straight run of pipe re-lined, which he could access from the manhole in my back yard, but the angled section of clay pipe would need to be dug out before it completely collapsed and blocked up permanently.

Kitchen units and floor tiles above it's location were cleared away and Kenny's team then spent several very tough hours drilling down through the concrete base with it's steel bar reinforcing. A noisy and messy job, but they were professional throughout, finally accessing the problem area and very neatly replacing the damaged pipe section. In the end the repair was simple - getting to it had been the challenge. Pipe re-lining was completed straight afterwards, which was much simpler.

All is working perfectly again now and their work has a 10 year guarantee. They also offered to come back once a year to flush the system through to avoid any scaling in the future.

They did a great job, were as respectful to my property as they could be on such a messy project and were very fairly priced for what turned out to be a couple of days of really hard work.

We didn’t got it right in the first place (we are French it is easily done for us) just a little missed information about the hourly rate which was 1/2hourly rate but all cleared as soon as Kenny arrived. Job was after office hours emergency so we were not that surprised after clarification (we were surprised how cheap we thought it was going to be when we were expecting it for 1h for sure). All good

Had a few issues with my drains, lads turned up when they said they would and introduced themselves, showed me on there camera what and where the problem was and broke it all down so I understood what need done, I thought it was going to cost me a fortune but turned out to be a really reasonable, will definitely use BDS again. Well recommended by a friend of mine.

We had issues with damp and flooding in our basement, so we decided to go ahead with basement taking with BDS. They was great from start to finish, everything was explained to us clearly and we felt very confident with them sorting this for us. We was not disappointed.
The team showed up on time, worked hard throughout the day, now our basement is bone dry and was thoroughly deep cleaned. It’s made such a difference!

I recently hired BDS Drainage to resolve a long-standing drainage issue on my property, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the initial inspection to the final cleanup, the team was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a clear, honest quote.

The work was completed on time and with great attention to detail. The drainage system they installed works perfectly — no more standing water or soggy spots in the yard. They even took the time to explain how the system functions and gave tips for ongoing maintenance.

HAD AN EMERGENCY FLOOD ON 3 FLOORS SO WAS FRANTIC. CALLED OUT BDS WHO CAME THE NEXT DAY (MONDAY) AND CHARGED ME £420 FOR AN EXPANSION TANK THAT COSTS LESS THAN £100 - I HAD THIS VERIFIED FROM A VERIFIED HEATING ENGINEER. WHEN CHALLENGED, THEY QUOTED PETROL COSTS TO COLLECT TANK AS THE REASON FOR THE 400% INFLATION CHARGE. HORRENDOUS - COMPLETE CROOKS WHO TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME AND MY SITUATION.
