Serious issues with bet history and winnings on bdmbet.com – Beware of this platform!
I played on bdmbet.com and won a significant prize on May 22, 2025, between 02:00 AM and 05:00 AM. Unfortunately, when I checked my casino betting history, the records of those gaming sessions and the associated winnings were missing.
I contacted customer support multiple times, asked them to verify and provide the logs and proof of my activity during that period, but I have not received any concrete response or real assistance.
Bdmbet.com operates under a Costa Rica license, which means there is no strong authority guaranteeing player protection, and this experience has shown me how complicated it can be to retrieve real information or winnings.
I recommend everyone to be very cautious when choosing this platform and to save additional proof (screenshots, account statements) in case issues arise.
If anyone has gone through a similar situation or has suggestions on how to recover these data, I would appreciate any advice.
This is the continuation after the BDM responded to my review:
Dear bdmbet team,
On May 22, 2025, I deposited money twice to my account on bdmbet.com:
100 RON at 00:09 AM
Another 100 RON at 01:15 AM
Later that same night, at approximately 04:30 AM, I successfully made a withdrawal (unfortunately I can’t see the exact amount anymore, but I do have a screenshot showing the completed withdrawal). The last visible timestamp in my casino betting history is 04:58 AM, which aligns with the time I was actively playing.
However, when I attempted to review my gameplay and results, I noticed that there is no casino bet history recorded between my deposits and the withdrawal, even though it is evident that I must have played—otherwise, the withdrawal would not have been possible.
I sent you screenshots with deposits and withdrawals, as well as the last visible entry in the casino history.
And same answered from you, time after time (like a robot) :
"you can see all transaction în your casino history".
How do you explain that?
Have a nice day
