Paid a lot for my product an got sent wrong one
Paid a lot for my pufco pro and was excited to have it for long weekend.
Didn’t go as planned, I was sent the wrong product! Then my replacement was sent out after long weekend :( when it could’ve been before.
Anyways not happy that I paid a lot to have it here an now waiting for my product over a week now. Probably won’t be compensated for it either.. just give me my pufco so I can medicate

Arizer Extreme Q
We received the Arizer Extreme Q within a few days of ordering! It arrived in good shape and well packaged. I was able to set it up and we have enjoyed some great vapes.
I did have troubles with the remote wand and have managed to get the battery stuck as the directions were a little vague. And the instructions are written in such fine print that an older person, like myself, has trouble reading the fine print. The instructions do not name all the parts of the machine which can cause confusions.
I do like the small sturdy design, the glass and ceramic parts, the fact that it is made in Canada, and the price.
My only complaint is that the small screen basket that is inserted at the end of the whip which is inserted into the glass cyclone bowl falls out very easily allowing bits of herb to go into the whip. A clip or something that would held the filter screen into the whip would be great.
