Not happy at all with this product
Please dont waste your money !

After paying £800 product broke two months after the guarantee ran out !

This is such a coincidence

Product was of no benefit at all to my conditions

I have got a B Cure laser for just over 2 years now. It is an excellent product which helps with pain , heals a wound faster and even for coughing. I used to cough a lot but since using the b cure it subsides my 90%

The customer service was excellent too!

I first found out about B-Cure when I fractured my spine. I was in so much pain. I don't like to take too many painkillers with all their side-effects so B-Cure is much more suitable for me. I haven't thrown away medication altogether but my B-Cure is a big help. The after care service is very supportive and fast.

The product doesn’t work. I was offered an appointment in the first week to show how it worked but this didn’t go ahead because the person who arranged it didn’t attend the appointment. Appalling customer service. The product isn’t fit for purpose and I’ve been trying to discuss returning it but not getting any response. Please provide your details for my solicitors.

I purchased the Laser about 18 months ago to find when using regularly the pain in my wrists greatly subsided to little or no pain. The sciatica in my back
has really diminished, which really helps when I am working. I had a fast delivery of the equipment and

Living life pain free again.
`Seven months ago I was diagnosed with a spinal collapse due to osteoporosis. The medics told me they could do nothing except give me morphine and hope my body would heal , I am 82.
I needed to do something to help myself and used the Laser-cure, today I am almost pain free and mobile again.

Excellent customer service and follow up. The product works really well , like much purchased online its the after care and support which makes all the difference.

I have been using the B-cure laser PRO for over two years. I would not be without it. It has cured any arthritis problems that I have had in my hand, knee and neck.
It is very easy to use. Just set the required time on the button and then just sit and relax. There is no need to wear laser protective goggles, so one can sit back and watch television or read. The laser is supplied with an adjustable gadget for keeping it on a particular area so there is no necessity to hold it in place.

Love my B-cure laser pro , as a carer bought originally to help my 87 year old mother with her extremely painful arithic knees and neck and now my recovery of a fractured back and general wear and tear of hard working knees!
Well worth the investment definitely cheaper and faster than trying to get an appointment with a physio.

Excellent product for helping with my tennis elbow pain, and great company support also.

I’ve had B-cure for a couple of years now, I use it on a daily basis to manage my whiplash injury and osteoarthritis in my knee. It’s a great tool for aching joints in my elbow also.

I am still new to the device but wanted to call out the fantastic pre-delivery and post sales service provided by Cher…proactive, full of ideas, and she shows great empathy. She has coached me through the early days and is a great asset for the company!

I could not live without my wonderful laser. It really aids my walking using it daily for my ankle osteoarthritis. So easy to use and transport with me wherever I go. Thanks so much for helping my continued pain. Lorraine Esposito

I have had this B Cure laser for quite some time now and it really has made a big difference to my MCL problem. Now that its winter, I use it very frequently due to the coldness. I would recommend this B cure laser to anyone who has pain and inflammation. Its a game changer.

We have had a B-Cure laser for 3 years. From the onset I admit that I was very sceptical as I didn't understand how it could work.
However, over the last 3 years my Wife and I have grown to depend on it. My Wife in her 50's suffered with both her hips and it was the only thing to give her relief. Since then she has had a double hip replacement and is using it in her rehabilitation.
I am now due knee replacement surgery sometime in the next 2 years hopefully and am having to use this small gadget daily to relieve the pain and allow me to lead a normal life for 2-3 hours per day.
Recently the duration of treatment has been severly limited due to declining battery life, maybe due to the extensive use that it has had.
On phoning the company I was passed to a guy called Karl who is sending new batteries out f.o.c. This is even after the normal warranty has finished, so I cannot complain about the help and backup service from this company. Thanks Karl, Steve, and Dave.....what a team,much appreciated!
I still don't understand how it works but it dose. Initially it may look expensive, but what value does one put on not being in pain? It's a magic machine!
