My external harddrive had suddenly died before I had the chance to back up any of my data. I contacted them via email and was seen to straight away with a follow up phone call to get more details of the problem.
They collected my broken hard drive to send for testing and when it was deemed that it had to go to the warehouse, they came and collected a the new hard drive to transfer whatever could be saved.
I had the contents of me dead hard drive put onto the new one and was delivered to my front door and the process took approximately one week.
Customer satisfaction: 10/10
Communication: 10/10
Service: 10/10
I would highly recommend them to anyone.
