Customer services minus one

E mailed the company on the 23rd February the following

Hi there was a problem with my order the white parcel bag was already opened and here was an elastic band keeping it altogether unfortunately two items were missing am assuming the fell out. I am missing the white shorts and the star tank top. Not sure what to do ?

Heard nothing back now the website has gone I think people should not order from this company as I have read that 5his has happened before
