Nailtiques

I ordered Nailtiques after a recommendation from a friend. It arrived promptly and I’ve been using it daily for approximately 2 weeks now. It’s a bit too early to say if it’s improving my weak nails after removal of gel nail varnish.

Ace customer service …

Bought several items including Elizabeth Arden travel pack. Lipstick wasn’t closing and damaged. A couple of very efficient and prompt emails and a replacement was sent in the post. Highly recommend and will be back. Thank you

Not good after sales service I’ve tried to contact you several times…

I’ve tried to contact you several times with email sent regarding returning one item that I’d bought not knowing I already had it. It’s been at least two weeks and the answer to my question has not been answered. In view of this, I will not be using your company again.

We sent some emails to customer which didn't replied. So sorry as without reply we can't help..

Do you have a procedure for returning items and how do I get a return label.

Delivery was longer than expected

Hello. Sorry but your item was delivered as promised. Between 2-4 business days. You placed the order on 31/01 after the cut-off time for same day dispatch. We sent out your item on 01/02 and you received on 06/02. But you can't count the weekend as this works only for business day. 4 days.
