Complete scam - Paid via paypal, and that is it - No return to seller to complete order - No email confirmation - No response from seller - NO PRODUCT from seller. Dont use this company

Scam ordered but didn't recieved anything no reply for email also

Have my car out of order, bought this software to be able to download it and find the fault asap. No news from seller, no link, no mail, no nothing.

Got scammed like everyone else.

I have errors and weird things happening in my e91 car, I bought software from Bcables and certainly wanted to post a review.

I have a Dcan cable and decided to buy the software from Bcables.com, you may basically pay to download the software, I promply paid 19,99 pounds in order to download the software. Here is the link BMW Diagnostic Kit allows Coding, BMW ISTA Download Diagnostics and Fault Code Reset

I wrote straight away to the web site to ask for the link; no answer, I decided to promply start a paypal dispute.

Next day, I found a mail from a person whom I think is the owner of the site telling me that if I do not remove the dispute from Paypal he will not send the link to the software. I have kindly answered that the minute I recive the link I will remove the dispute.

It is now the end of the week end, ans as a BMW enthousiast you can all appreciate how frustrated I am not to be able to link one of my computers to my e91.

Though I'd share to avoid other enthousiast having the same sort if issue.

Hopeless rip off.
Pay extra for disks they send a link for you to burn your own. No response from twaat who takes the money.

As others have said, this is a piece of junk that doesn't work on any BMW I tried. I asked for a return for refund - thank god I purchased through Paypal - and the seller accepted it. It was only after I shipped it back to them and they are not responding for the refund! Had to raise a dispute over Paypal for this. Stay away!

DONT USE THEM, LOOK ELSE WHERE..

Bought this cable and despite claims of ‘one click’ install it does not work. It will not connect and I get , interface not connected messages even though it is.

Tried installing several times using the download and the dvd - it’s the same each time. I have emailed them for assistance and had no response. This is a piece of junk and I would recommend staying away from them. So many bad reviews - I should have checked before buying.

I first intended to buy that software package as it was interesting to get it auto-installed instead of the manual installation procedure which is long and complicated (i did it already myself on a old IBM laptop and wanted to refresh it and get all the extra softwares and documents available on download as described on their website). However, as the description wasn't enough clear for me in order to get all the mentioned sofwares and the mandatory cable that should work with this version (despite i already build one myself and working), i sent them an email one week ago ...but never got an answer. Now, readin g all those negative reviews i understand why they don't reply. Also, when processing the pruchase for testing i noticed that you get no guarantee to be delivered as as soon you click to buy the product instead of getting driven to a normal checkout basket process you are immediately invited to open your paypal account in order to pay which was totally suspect to me in addition to the 'too good to be true' feeling that they try to give to visitors.

One of my worst online buying experiences.
Zero confirmation of receipt of order, Late delivery, no reply to queries about late delivery.

Described as latest software with one click installation.

Was not "One Click" though did not expect it to be, had to search online to find help elsewhere.

Software use returned several errors, would no connect to vehicle, eventually he sent a link to the "latest version". Still did not work, no support.

Seller agreed to refund when I returned cable, but refused to refund return postage.

Item sent recorded delivery. No refund, Seller ignored several emails which included proof of signed delivery.

Months later I submitted claim to Paypal. It took several communications for seller to process original refund.

I am still at a loss of my time and return postage.

Many things said in these comments are true. However thusfar my experience is not bad. Their biggest issue is communication and customer support. There is no way to contact them. I received an email with the download and instruction the day after payment. I received the cable close to a month after ordering it. Which was expected because it was coming from the uk and going through customs. Still have not used it plan installing and working on it tomorrow. Will update.

No backup whatsoever from this company they do not reply to emails and supply discs that don't work

Edited on 21/01/2021 - Received the cable today. Still no reply to my emails or messages. It's a shame such a poor service, everything could have been avoided with a simple email.

Was scammed also. First they didn't reply, then they've asked for an extra 7 pounds for international shipping and one month later nothing!!!! No product, no replies, nothing

Ended up reporting them to trading standards. The bmw cable they sell comes with a promise of ISTA download link, they misadvertise the product and have no intention of sending download links, they also do the same false advertising scam on eBay.

Firstly I received an email for for a promo of ISTA+ & P for £12. Not a bad price but wanted more info. Clicked on the View Email online AND the PayPal link and got Page not be found.

Sent an email saying it feels like a scam. Gave them my Paypal and told them that I will need some assurances that this is not a scam before I pay this.

Straight away they sent the request to Paypal for the 12 quid. I fired back and told them I would not be paying a thing until they did what I asked and If they do not reply back within the hour as they were quick enough to request from my Paypal then I will be declining the request and reporting the email address as fraud.

The reply I got back was it was not a scam, "how do we reassure you, if not comfortable don't buy..simple...." Didn't hardly instil me with confidence so I told them I had cancelled the transaction via Paypal and reported them; which I did...the reply i got was

The reason why you cant get your product or in touch with them is because the email address on their website isn't active it has been deactivated.
i ordered a month ago and haven't received anything not even a confirmation email. luckily i used pay pal and i am going to go through the refund service. avoid at all costs, whoever left the 5 star review is probably the guy who runs the company and doesnt deserve your money thanks.

There should be a zero star rating. The software isn’t instant download!

I opened a PayPal case as I had been robbed, and they ask me to close it before they sent it! I don’t think so.

They don’t t reply to emails either.

Ordered but never received and won't answer any emails.

D-CAN Cable and associated (software) arrived and installed from DVD via the useful BCables application. Cable works, however the bundled diagnostic software (INPA, DIS) are not usable for a Gen 2 mini, we are talking 2008 model - lacks the necessary data files required to support any model after 2007, really only suitable for early BMWs and possibly R50 generation minis. This is not really clear on the website, makes reference to supporting R56 generation, etc. However this will be the cable and not the bundled software. I paid separately for the ISTA download, which is the newer diagnostic software For BMW engines and works a treat with the R56 Cooper. For anyone with a D-CAN cable requirement (cars from late 2007) my recommendation, buy a cable only deal, will be cheaper and source the ISTA from the net. Several people provide it free of charge, most likely the same sources BCables used. BCables' are not contactable for a good reason, they know that the product is most likely going to disappoint, they just want your money through selling you a cable - its the only thing they have. However the cable is not much use without the software, hence the bundled. But if your car is newer than 2007, which will be the case for many people now this package will be a disappointment - avoid.

I purchased BMW cable and disc completely useless .
No support will not answer emails .
Tried online for answers without success .
Complete waste of money .

Shocking Avoid as they do not answer any emails and obviously have no phone number ......just dont waste your time or money.
