We love the insulated lunchbags in our house! Having 4 kids, the fact that they can easily go in the washing machine makes them always look brand new! The lunchbags are super durable and they keep our lunchboxes cool until they get home and have the left overs for afternoon tea!

b.box are the only lunchboxes I'll buy for my kids. I tried cheaper brands but it's a waste of money because they break in no time or they lose their shape in the dishwasher and just end up in the bin. The b.box lunchboxes just keep going. The kids love that they can choose their favourite colours or characters so everyone's happy. It's also really refreshing to know that if I call their customer service team I can speak to a real human!

My kids love their lunchboxes! They take them everywhere, not just to school - sports, car trips anywhere they will need snacks. Can't rate them highly enough!

The bbox lunchbox is the best lunchbox ever. I bought the mini for my daughter and loved it so much bought one for myself. Easy to pack healthy lunches and snacks and love it goes in dishwasher and can fit a whole apple 🍎. Genius

Have always loved b.box products since the sippy cup days - but had to comment on the quality and design of the lunchbox and the little snackbox as well. My son makes his own lunch and snacks in them. they are so easy to clean and have both lasted into their third year of use.

Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service.

I purchased these baby bottles expecting them to be safe and durable for infant feeding, however the bottle teats split and cracked after only ONE use under normal use and cleaning conditions. The damage caused milk to spill everywhere, making the bottles completely unusable.

I contacted the company immediately, provided photos, and requested a refund. Instead of taking responsibility or properly investigating the fault, they blamed me and claimed the damage was caused by cleaning or using a straw cleaner — which is completely untrue. The products were cleaned normally and not misused in any way.

As a parent, it’s concerning that a baby feeding product could fail this quickly. A teat should not split after one use. In my opinion, this does not meet acceptable quality standards under Australian Consumer Law.

What made the experience even worse was the refusal to provide a refund despite clear evidence of the fault. Rather than helping resolve the issue fairly, they dismissed the concern and continued making false assumptions and accusations about misuse.

I would never purchase from this company again based on my experience or recommendation anyone buy from them! BUYER BEWARE!!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. They are trained to deny and deflect and blame the customer. That two years in a row I’ve been treated this way when my order history demonstrates $100s spent over the years of my kids schooling. I’m appalled

B.box sent me the incorrect products and have not refunded me for my purchase. The price of the products combined is much less than what I paid. Terrible service and I will never purchase from them again.

We couldn't get our toddler granddaughter to drink water but since we got the Sippy Cup she loves it and drinks water and juices from it. It is easy to clean and comes in bright, attractive colours.
