Previously had multiple fantastic experiences with this company, I will say that much.
But the last order has been an utter headache start to finish. Took 30 days to get a refund never mind the multiple communications with the company to get to this point. And this being despite the fact that they never dispatched anything and never notified us of cancellation.
I have been Using BB Fixing for some time now. The quality of their Construction screw are equal to any of the top brands. We have used 10,000's of them without any issues at all.
The customer service has always been on point.
However the last order kicked that up a notch to phenomenal customer service.
There was a small issue, So I jumped on the emails to let them know about it.
Within minutes I received a phone call from the company requestion more details and offering a solution.
With-in 30mins I had e-mail conformation explaining what would happen and a time line for resolution.
All from a small issues that was not with BB fixing but one of their suppliers.
BB fixing did not stand back and just say sorry.
They accepted the issues and dealt with it.
I have not come across this level of service in many many years.
I was always impressed by their product but now I am amazed as how they run the company.
Highly recommended.
Ordered on a Friday £140 and nothing arrived so called on Monday and was told been dispatched on Friday DPD status was awaiting parcel now 1 week later no delivery or update from DPD so emailed given excuses not their fault DPD short of drivers and off. So email today to say if no delivery today I would request a full refund and here's the reply.
I will cancel the order mate and don’t order again.
