This company is located in Ukraine.
I will tell you how I was scammed.
I have order ear pads for my hedpohnes.
That suppose to be quick shopping from local shop.
Week in and I still did not have any package so i have send email with request of tracking number.
And to my supprise package is in china delivery time: 34days.
So folks there order stuff from ALI and send directly to you. My question is why use middle man if you need enything from ALI??? Be carefull guys, veryfing companys and theirs location is not difficult now days and this my spare you some problems. I did not do it before purchase. If the company does not provide any main office location 99 procent there is somthing shady going on.

Ordered 2 light bulbs from their website as I couldn't find that same desing anywhere else, which were 10 euro each. Bazaargadgets immediately responded that the items have been shipped once payment was confirmed. To my surprise, 28 working days later the light buld arrived, however it wasn't the once I ordered. They had placed an order in my name to AliExpress and ordered 3 low quality light bulbs as a substitute. Not only they were really low quality but I'm also sure they cost a fraction of what I paid. I am currently trying to get my money back from them through PayPal. Had to post the bulbs to them, which cost me 13 euro and am hoping I will be able to recover that expense. They are an absolute disgrase to deal with. Did not inform me their product was out of stock, did not offer a refund or a substitute and to top it off made a purchase from AliExpress... Not sure if that's their general practice or not, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's their business model. Making money by charging people 3-4 time what they would have paid with AliExpress and placing orders on their customers' behalf.

Never buy from this company. I received a wrong item and the company would not mail me a return label so I could receive a refund for a fault caused by them!

I'll do this in english, if they happens to read it.

Sorry to tell you that current product is discontinued at the manufacturer and will not be in stock anymore, we have 6pcs of the 24mg left in our stock or another brand with same flavor and 12mg

You can have a refund chose one of the mentioned above or change to another flavor

I ordered a new flavour. Did not get any response. I then - twice - asked for a refund instead. Still I have not heard from them. It's 2 month ago now.

So... the buttom line is - if the delivery fails, don't expect to hear more from them, and your money is lost.

I bought a product 2 months ago and I've emailed their customer service many times asking where my order is, they keep blaming the post office. The tracking service says it never arrived internationally over seas. No help at all and no product, terrible company do not buy from them. You have been warned.

They don't reply on your complaints, the ware never arrived and they WON'T give you, you're money back!
Don't buy from them.

They contacted me after this, saying I would get money back but I never did!!!
They lie and scam you!

Terrible experience. They sent the wrong product and did not answer to e-mails anymore. Avoid this website.

So, BazaarGadgets have replied: any person with the slightest eye for detail will note that the product is not the same: the one received has a large metal ring visible, which the one advertised on the website does not have. Deceiving! In any case, where are our rights as customers to return items?

Excellent and prompt service than any of the other online portals! Friendly and they always resolve the query unlike other portals which are more seller friendly than buyer friendly. I like very much their online support!

I have a great experience with Bazaar Gadgets, I have checked a lot of products and accessories, after my first test order, I decide to work with them and it was a good decision for me and my e-commerce project. Thank you again and good luck guys!

Yet another alibaba peddling cheap rubbish that is defective and arrives late.

I like their store, I like all those products from auto parts and electronic gadgets that can be bought at great prices. Fast support and answers to all my questions!

I decide to post this review because after few orders I am very happy with my decision of using this online store, the are helpful, nice to buy intems from a wide range of categories.

I am glad to discover this supplier, they have a lot of genuine items, most important for me is that they have a fast and great customer service.

They reprezent for me a wise solution for long term period of time, I am glad to receive my order and their bonus, all the best!

Keep away from this site- your order will never arrive!!
I have ordered some small items five weeks ago- paid it four weeks ago- but never received anything. I have asked them on mail seven times, only four of them were answered. And every time with a track and trace number, and the only thing it says is: the package has left. But nothing about where it is now. Again yesterday and today I asked again- now they don't answer. So keep away, the only thing you get from this place is bad bad mood!!

I don't know how to reply to Bazaargadgets reply to me, other than here, so here goes: yesterday I asked again:
"Where are my things- my patience is out!!!!"

And here is the reply from them:

Our main problem are with idiot customers from Denmark, they are re......,they dont know how to read before making orders, we dont like to handle Danish customer, they are annoying, did you do read shipping time before you make order? i think not, something is always rotten and smelly in Denmark thats for sure

and you leave negative comment on trustpilot and ask for help, dont send any more emails, use the tracking you received and complain to the postal company

I think it speaks for itself.

My package is not in my possession- you are the ones to find out where it is, and if it's gone, you, not me, can make a reclamation note to the carrier- me as a private person can not.
And you should learn to behave, this language!!

And waoo when I tried to post it, trust pilot refused to publish it, I had to use another language- off cause Bazaar gadgets language:)
