ABSOLUTE SCAM! I have ordered some items from them and made a payment via Paypal. However the items did not arrive after almost 2 months. I wrote them in their customer service twice, but no reply. so I opened a case in Paypal.

Then Bayease wrote me that they can give me the money back. They LIED to me that they have already tried to send me the money, but Paypal is blocking the payment since the case is still opened. They asked me to close the case so that they can proceed the refund.

I contacted Paypal as I found it a bit suspicious. Paypal told me to "NEVER CLOSE THE CASE BEFORE ACTUALLY GETTING THE MONEY BACK". Apparently once you close the case, you can never open it again, and a lot of scam companies are using the same method to steal the money from buyers and get away from it.

THEY ARE THE WORST. THEY LIE TO CUSTOMERS. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

As everybody says here it is really hard to reach them. And even if you get to talk to them, they still try to fool you. Therefore I recommend you to contact whatever the payment system you used (credit card companies, paypal etc) in order to resolve the dispute.

I heard of bayease on a snapchat ad and decided to check it out. The clothes looked so cute but maybe too good to be true so I read these reviews and went back to do some digging on the website. I found a sweatshirt that they call, "Women's Fashion Round Neck Long Sleeve Cartoon Printed Sweatshirt" for $28.46 that immediately caught my eye. This sweatshirt is a DESIGNER sweatshirt. Its $169 by the designer Anine Bing, and definitely would not be on bayease for less than $30. This makes me think the whole website is just random pictures of cute clothing that they infact do not have. So glad I read the reviews before purchasing, stay safe!!

Do not buy from here! I’ve accidentally put my wrong address in and I’ve tried to contact them many times trying to change my address but they said they have already shipped my item I never received a tracking number or anything I tried contacting them for a refund cause why should I pay for a sweater that I won’t even get to wear when it’s at the wrong address ugh this is getting me so mad!!!

I ordered from them and they sent me no confirmation email or anything except took the money from my account
i tried to contact them for about a week and it was around two weeks when i finally got a reply and they sent me my tracking number and said sorry for the delay
and then two weeks passed and the tracking number wasn’t working so i contacted them again and they told me my order would take 3+ months because they didn’t have the materials to make the clothes that i had ordered and they had to wait for the materials to first be made and then sent to them from another country. i asked for my money back and they’re supposed to be giving me a refund in the next 30 days
don’t order from them, they were so hard to contact and so rude and blunt once i was able to
it’s literally illegal to advertise garments they don’t have the actual materials for

Ordered my items two weeks ago and found the confirmation email in my junk (make sure you check there!). Just sent them an email as someone suggest in an earlier review, hopefully I can find out about my tracking number as I haven’t got it yet. I’m glad I only order one item for $50 if it does end up being a scam :(

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS 0 STARS. I ordered my 2 things a month ago and have gotten nothing. NO confirmation, no spam email, no email and I can't log back into my account to see where my order is. I am so frustrated!!!!

SCAM:: this is the worst company I have ever shopped from, Ive ordered my clothes more than a month ago and it is still not here, I never got a tracking number or a confirmation. I went to my spam and there it was but only for one of the items I bought. I tracked it through tracker.com and for some reason it is still in China after saying it has been shipped. I would never ever use this company again.

After purchasing my order, my card was charged, as it should be, right? But I never received a confirmation, shipping information, nothing. It has been 5 weeks and counting now, definitely would not recommend buying anything from here. The website will lead you nowhere, so don't even waist your time. I just emailed service @bayease.com (If you use the email delete the space between service and @) and I am waiting for a response. If you are going through the same situation, try using that email to contact them.

IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM THEM, CHECK YOUR SPAM!. I ordered a single piece of clothing from this website back in mid March. I never received a confirmation email. On April 7th, I finally got a confirmation email with my order number and was told that they would send a tracking number out once it was shipped. On April 13th, almost a month after I placed the order, I received a tracking number through email ( I did have to check my spam though). I am still awaiting my order, but am now able to see where it is. I do understand that shipping and delivery would be delayed due to the pandemic, but I still had a really hard time even contacting this company. The costumer service page on their website was not helpful at all and had no email/contact info. On the email with my tracking number they did, however, provide an email to contact them. I unfortunately cannot post this review with an email address in it, but I will try to work around it. After reading these reveiw i emailed the company about my package and they replied with an apology letter about the delay in time and sent me a link and my tracking code for my package and i am now able to see were my package is and when it shoud arive.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! I spent $100 and it ended up being $270,do not waste your money please

My experience has been the same as everyone else’s, I wish I had looked here before ordering, I thought it was too good to be true for such a low price. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Just like everyone else has said, this is a TOTAL scam. I haven’t received any confirmation emails or any indication that I am getting products from this company. I’ve tried sending TWO emails to their company and still haven’t gotten a reply. I cant “contact” them because there is a “Verification code invalidation” every time I try. I cant even cancel my order or track it. I’m getting so tired of trying but good thing I didn’t directly use my card because I feel like they would scam my entire bank account. If anyone knows how much further I can go with contacting this company please leave it somewhere.

I ordered three tops (over $100) still haven’t got them and when i ordered I didn’t get an email with a tracking number. There is also no way to get in contact with them so i can’t even complain and ask where my clothes are. such bs I want my money back. pls if you read this DO NOT ORDER.

i got half my clothes yet they came in 6 months later !! and i still haven’t received my other half (which was around Christmas time). Please stay off and save your money!!

I never got the clothes I ordered or a confirmation email. I wasn't unable to track my order or anything...this place is defiantly a scam

Literally the same as everyone else definetly a scam.

this place is a complete SCAM. you wont receive your clothes. there are a bunch of other places like mymymiss seedkiss and upyoyo that literally sell the same clothes and are ALSO SCAMS. please do not fall for this. the different color options for the shirts are literally just color filters.

I ordered over $200 dollars worth of clothes off of bayease and i have been unable to track my order and i was not sent an order conformation. i tried emailing and calling them but they did not answer. I definitely think it's a scam.
