I was a bit skeptical at first ordering from Bayam, but that’s only because it was my first time buying and hearing about them. After some research, all around good reviews and experiences made me pull the trigger. I purchased both the 3mm byzantine bracelet and 2.5 mm byzantine chain. Shipping and delivery was fine, not as quick as other reviews mentioned but probably due to the holiday rush. The pieces are beautiful and I love them!! Comes with an official certificate of authenticity and the quality is great. I wish there was a bit more weight to my pieces, but I’m also new to byzantine and believe it’s just the nature if the hollow chain design. Either way, I fall in love with it more each day, will definitely be ordering again from Bayam!

Purchase a bracelet and had it engraved, they messed up the engraving, I really wanted a refund, but they said because it was customized, they could only replace or try to fix it, I choose to replace it, so they thought since I wanted a replacement with no engraving on it... so they try to use the
same one they engraved and try to buff the lettering off, but ruin the bracelet even more, so now I'm going sue them for ruining my bracelet twice, instead of replacing it
