Nathan is really approachable and knows the mortgage market inside and out (he was originally recommended for his buy-to-let expertise but is equally knowledgeable for 'normal' residential mortgages) - he arranged a deal we are very happy with. Nathan chivvied people along and kept us fully informed of the progress making the process as smooth as it could be!
