Bauknecht (NL) Reviews 

I do not recommend the Bauknecht DBHBS 94 LM X to anyone unless you want a kitchen hood purely for decoration that you will never actually use.

It has three speed settings. On the lowest setting, it does not extract smoke at all. You can literally see the smoke spreading into the kitchen. The second speed is exactly the same, completely useless.

The only setting that actually does anything is level 3, but it is unbelievably loud. It sounds like sitting on an airplane wing next to the engine. You cannot hear music while cooking, you cannot have a conversation, and you won’t even hear the doorbell.

The noise is extreme and unacceptable. The first two speeds are useless, and even a technician came to check it and said it was “working fine,” which is honestly ridiculous.

This hood is a complete waste of money. I strongly advise anyone not to buy it. It is basically a decorative item in my kitchen because it is unusable in real life.

Have a BS 2677F CPAL induction plate from Bauknecht with extended warranty which was not cheap.
After less than 3 years it simply turned off and never turned on again. This was around 30 of April. Called for assistance and they indicated I had to pay 79€ for the technician to come.
First time they indicated that they needed new parts and could come 2 weeks later or I could buy a new one. Didn't make sense to me so I indicated to come again. Second time they indicated the part they brought was not working and again I could buy a new one or they could come the next week. Third time with all sort of new parts which were still not working, the technician just gave up and the only solution was for me to buy a new induction plate from them with a discount.
Never received a contact from anyone from Bauknecht besides the invoice and the review.
Never again... Have all my kitchen with their equipments, now just crossing my fingers they don't stop working also...
This is really bad and no one seems to care...
Do not recommend buying their equipments and be careful with Whirlpool warranties... Bauknecht is part of Whirlpool group, technically high end...

Apologies Joep, I put the wrong model. My induction plate is BS 7277F NE.
You can review the Jobnr 3111758059-30 where it indicates: "De kookplaat blijft de foutcode F0EC geven. Het vervangen van de onderdelen heeft het probleem niet
verholpen. Er is een omruil voorstel gedaan met bijbetaling van euro 588.".
I called the customer service which did not help. Their answer was to send an email to customer service if I was not happy with having to buy a new one.
