I worked at Batvoice for a very short…

I worked at Batvoice for a very short time, and unfortunately my experience was extremely negative. I was hired, onboarded, and began contributing, but after only a week I was unexpectedly terminated without any clear explanation.

There was little to no communication, no structured onboarding, and no constructive feedback provided. Decisions seemed abrupt and poorly handled, and the overall environment felt unstable and disorganized.

Based on my experience, I would advise candidates to be cautious. I did not feel supported or given a fair opportunity to succeed, and the way my employment ended was unprofessional and unexpected.
